My first attempt at making sushi...
It was really fun. I'm definitely going to make some more and try to get better at the technique. These aren't very neat looking...but they taste muffffa amazing.
Rice w/ rice vinegar and sesame seeds
Nori w/ wasabi, crab, avocado, and cucumber

Thanks! It's not too complicated to make. I just watched some youtube videos. I need to hit up Whole Foods today and see if they sell sushi-grade fish...some spicy tuna rolls would be dope!

IMO, it's FAR better than Haagen Daz.

I dunno if haagen dazs over there is the same as we get in europe in terms of ingredients and taste but its pretty unbeatable over here. We get the US ben and jerrys and it has nothing on HD.

two problems with this:
1) someone took a crap on your pancakes
2) it was a cheat meal, and there was something left to take an "after" pic of?? cmon!!

They were on sale last week at Pathmark, 3 for $5 (!). I pretty much buy stuff only when it goes on sale, but with the number of grocery stores around where I live, chances are at least one of them will have what you want on sale.

I also prefer Haagen Daz over Ben and Jerry's. B&J's is more loaded with goodies(mmm brownie chunks) but I love Haagen Daz for flavors like vanilla bean or coffee. It's so hard to not eat the entire container of those.

I just couldn't finish it. Back in the day I would have been able to pound that down no problem. I did have a couple sausage patties with it too but still no excuse. I had that breakfast around 9:30-10:00 and I'm posting this message at 3:00, I still feel it in my stomach...crazy. I ran couple miles on the treadmill around 1:00 and it felt like it was about to come back up....i know i know too much info.

Post-ride (just a lil' 50mi out-and-about)
I know it's not carb loaded, but I run off any kind of fuel.
Used up the last of the eggs and eggbeaters on *4 Cheese Spinach & Mushroom Frittata* over a bed of spinach w/ Parmesan cheese broiled on top w/ crisp walnuts. Now need to go shoppin'.
Pre-bake
Half way thru, I decided to add some Italian seasoned chicken to the equation. On top is some A1 w/ a lil' chili mint hot sauce.
*edit: yes, I know, lots of green ^laughs^. Spinach is supposed to be green though.
