elbow soreness?
yesterday was my upperbody day, and ive just started a powerlifting program, so basically my workout consisted of heavy hammer curls, t-bar rows, pec flys, and french press (but i use different exercises every time). now the next day i feel a intense soreness like right on my elbow, it almost painful (but not really) is this a injury or is it possibly connective tissue growth?
btw jus a side note every other muscle that was worked is also very sore, but im concerned with the soreness in my elbow as ive only experienced this once or twice before. i also really felt a hard to describe soreness in my elbow as i was performing the french press.
