I think too much BS going..
* Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolates
* Ion-Exchange Whey Protein Isolates
* Ultrafiltered Whey Protein Concentrate
* HydroWhey Hydrolyzed Whey Peptides
ON has that..
Dynamite, Champion, Higher Power
has only 3 of those. WHich seems the best ? I Dont know but if its by the texts it seems ON right now

I use optimum 100% whey in the morning with breakfast then All max Nutrition's ISO Kool twice a day after that. The Iso Kool Is the best Protein I have tasted with water( and I have tried them all) It doesn't leave you feeling bloated or gassy

ON 100% Whey Protein is my fave, plus it disolves easily in water or milk. I drink it two or three times per day; usually one with breakfast, and one pre and one post workout.

Less supplements, more whole food, hang out in the nutrition forum and get a grip on diet and routine first.

This is my first post so Im open to any advice. After reading a lot of the comments here, I guess ON 100% is the way to go. Would it be bad if i mix that with EAS Phosphagen Or some other creatine source? ANy feedback is appreciated

Nah, you can mix the protein w/ creatine. Some don't really recommend it, but most say its fine. I take protein and creatine both before and after WO, good luck!

If you are willing to spend more then I recommend VP2 whey from AST. Everytime I start taking that post-workout I gain lean muscle mass extremely quickly and lose bodyfat. It's very weird because everything else remains the same as far as my diet, nutrition, training, etc, and the only variable that changes is the protein powder that I use post-workout. When I run out of VP2 and try another brand, I usually lose weight and look "softer". It has little to no flavor though, which is good post-workout, I take the vanilla flavor cause I don't really want anything too sweet or overpowering when I'm done busting my balls. Fruit Punch is good too, Chocolate is ok, but Chocolate sure as hell doesn't go well with lemon flavored creatine. Never tried Citrus Splash.

One of the few if not only protein you can look forward to taking. Taste great, easy to go down. It includes a good number of BCAA's, theres whey, egg, casein and a few other protein sources.
Did I mention that it taste incredible!!!!!

Whey products: Dymatize whey/ or optimum 100%
Also Ergopharm Gf pro (tastes amazing also).. if you have some more cash to spend.
For casein products: Cytosport Evopro and ON 100% casein have the best combination of quality/ value for money.

Maybe in Australia......both Ultra Peptide and Sustain are higher quality, IMO.

I just buy from BB.com... they have nothing in Aus... I feel for what it is, sustain is a bit overpriced... im just going off BB.com prices... however, it appears very high in quality...thats why i said combo of quality/price.

Yeah. It can be found MUCH cheaper elsewhere and bb.com will pricematch.

Has anyone used ********** whey protein isolate? I've been using that for a while (just the vanilla) and it's great.
