What can i say i was the skinny kid all my life and i needed to change that. This gave me the motivation to change my self. I did not just want to get ripped. I wanted to get bigger. I used muscle tech and all the info from bodybuilding.com to get past the fact i was a hardgainer. The main thing i wanted to do is gain over all size. Thank you bodybuilding.com and Muscle Tech. Win or lose, i got where i wanted to be. Now at age 27 i look like a man not a boy.

More After Shots in Profile
Like my body space calling card says it?s Time to Bring It. At the beginning of the contest I was 5ft 9 inches 198lbs and wasn?t much to look at with the only shape I had going for me was that of being round. When I came across the MuscleTech challenge contest online I thought to myself what better motivation could I ask for to get back into shape and who knows maybe meet one of the greats in the bodybuilding world, Dexter Jackson. I took my first pictures January 2nd and slowly began dieting. It wasn?t until about 15 days in to the contest and the ending of a 4 year relationship that I really started to get my act together. From there on out my Life has been all about fitness. I relocated to Raleigh North Carolina from upstate NY where I?ve started personal training. This contest has given me the motivation and the will to step on stage, ?shooting for June 2010?. With the help of NO vapor and Anabolic Halo I was able to drop 26lbs and bring my body fat from 18% down to 7.5% . Thank you MuscleTech and congratulations to all those who have totally transformed their bodies.

Start: 198lbs 18%BF
Finish: 172lbs 7.5% BF

ESSAY:
First off, I would like to take a moment to thank Muscletech and Bodybuilding.com to sponsor such positive and inspiring contest. The Muscletech product that I purchased and subsequently used was Nano-Vapor. The induced energy, pumps, and resistance to fatigue associated with taking Nano-Vapor was by far, the best experience I have had with a pre-workout product.
The reason I entered this contest was because of my ensuing educational/career goals and the complacent lifestyle I was living. Currently, I am Kinesiology/Biology (pre-med) student at the University of Hawaii at Hilo and am planning to graduate this spring semester. Proceeding graduation, I plan to enroll to the Johns A. Burns School of Medicine the following year in the fall of 2010. With that being said, instead of eating clean I found myself succumbing to the convenience of fast food runs during study breaks, and consequently, I expanded to a weight of 220 pounds at nearly 20 percent body fat. If I am to be a MD who specializes in cardiology, I cannot and I must not advocate a certain lifestyle for my patients to live, while being unable to live that same lifestyle myself. I was able to use this contest as a catalyst to induce change and self-discipline that will stay with me for the rest of my life. Plus, the twenty-five thousand dollars and free supplements was an enticing prize for a struggling college student! Again, thank you Muscletech and Bodybuilding.com for sponsoring such a wonderful contest.

Cool Didn't Know Which Page I Was On So Just In Case....

The MuscleTech Transformation Contest has pointed my life in a new direction. Around the holidays I was very depressed about the circumstances I was living in. I found myself in the worst shape of my life after two serious surgeries and the fact that I had to leave college due to financial difficulties was wearing on me. When the contest began I decided it was time for me to commit and change my lifestyle. I picked up a new active job, enrolled in the local community college and devoted every aspect of my life to my own personal health. The results I received from the MuscleTech supplements I used exceeded my expectations. I am proud to say that I took this opportunity head on and have truly never felt better in my life. I have been re-admitted to my university for the upcoming semester and feel that I am prepared to meet any challenge the world throws at me. I am satisfied with myself and feel like I have a new lease on life. I feel like I have achieved something beyond explanation. Everyone who I am associated with seems to be inspired by my success. I hope the trend spreads to anyone who takes notice on what I have accomplished and inspires them to embark on their own transformation. I know times are hard but it is important to remember that no matter what you will always have and be in control of your own health. Thanks MuscleTech.

As a personal trainer, I teach people how to live a healthy and active lifestyle. It is my own personal philosophy that unless you practice what you preach, you have no place in the industry and all too often giant corporate gyms make a joke of the true practice of teaching fitness by employing just any Joe that walks in off the street. I have never actually had my own personal opportunity to display the true depths of not only my knowledge of performance nutrition but also the conditioning and self discipline involved with setting a goal and reaching it until now.
I am not a body builder per say and this was my first contest but with the help of Hydroxycut Hardcore and Hydrazide I was able to go from a soft 12.9% body fat to a ripped 5.1% in just under twelve weeks!! I can honestly say that other than a few tips on posing properly I made this transformation without any outside help at all.
If I win the grand prize I would love to open my own training studio where I aspire to help others achieve their own fitness goals and lead healthier lives as opposed to most gyms who are only concerned with making sure they sign a contract. I want to restore the image of the personal training industry to what it should be?something personal, not just a bank account number on a list!!

My Official Entry Essay- Bryan Kotliar, Voracious

See below for my essay. Thank you Muscletech for changing my life!

"You'll have to excuse my son, he's a husky." Such were the words that haunted my childhood experience shopping for clothes with my mom. "Oh, we always say, he's too wide for his height." It was a childhood nightmare that turned into an adolescent one as soon as I was old enough to go to the mall with my friends. "Festively Plump" and "Large and in charge" replaced the words of my mother.

In college I learned that hard work could lead to big changes. My academic and social life quickly showed results. But physically, I was still unhappy and depressed. I saw the internet link for the Muscletech Transformation Contest and immediately got excited but it quickly faded. I thought about the words of my childhood and how I tried and failed countless times to change my body. Even my friends and family discouraged me from trying.

Each Muscletech product I tried worked better than the last. 10 pounds...20 pounds...30 pounds. Soon I hardly recognized myself in the mirror. And still people tried to put me down. The only constants I had were Muscletech Products. I knew I could rely on them day in and day out for results and feedback.

I have completely transformed myself thanks to Muscletech. The exciting part is that the contest may be over, but my transformation is not. I will continue to use Muscletech products and get into even better shape. Even if I do not walk away with money from this contest, I know I am walking away the winner.

final essay

Often in life, unexpected circumstances bring dramatic transformations; our attitude toward these adversities can lead to success and happiness?or defeat and ruin ? the choice is ours!
Recently, I found myself a single father with two wonderful children. When a friend told me about this contest, I decided that now is the time to take this perfect opportunity to transform myself and change the direction of my life so I can do more with my family and more for myself.
Twelve weeks, ago, I weighed 220 pounds and now I weigh 180 and feel great! I am in better shape than ever due to the time I invested working out and holding to a strict diet; however, my biggest appreciation goes to Muscletech, my family and my friends who supported me and continue to inspire me on this journey. Finally, I want to give a special thanks to my lifting buddy, who pushes me to keep trying harder!
My decision to take charge of my life and my health has led to many positive changes; paramount among those changes has been the simple, good feeling that I have done something constructive for myself. It is phenomenal to wake up each morning and be able to see my toes; it is even better to see the reactions of people who haven?t seen me in a while! This transformation has been a real self-esteem booster and drives me to work even harder as I travel down this road of wellness.

Final Essay

The 2nd Annual MuscleTech Total Transformation has been an amazing experience for me. I started this contest overweight, with borderline high blood pressure and cholesterol, and lacking energy. Upon making the decision to participate in the contest, I asked myself several questions: what are my motivations, goals, and how do I achieve them? My health, family and a life long dream to compete in bodybuilding became my motivations. Also, with my specialized job in public safety, being in shape is vital. My goals were to lose at least 15 % body fat, add muscle, and increase strength and flexibility. My plan included using MuscleTech supplements exclusively and with dedication, changing my diet, and following a strict exercise program. I started my transformation at age 32 and without the help of a personal trainer, training partner, or experience in competition bodybuilding. Starting without any real muscular base, I was determined to work hard transforming my body and win the contest with only the help of MuscleTech products.

By the end of the contest, I had met and exceeded my goals. I look and feel great, my wife and children are proud, and my vital stats are excellent! The real proof is in my before and after photos. Before this contest, I had never stuck to any exercise plan or supplement brand. Everything has changed for me now; I?m a loyal MuscleTech user and could never have achieved such success without them. There is no going back, this change is for life.

The Essay

I am 28 years old, a Security Account Manager and full time military spouse to a wife deployed to Iraq. I started taking ?HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE? to transform, not only my body, but a lifestyle that was leading me no where fast.
A little over a year ago I married the woman of my dreams. Following our wedding was the honeymoon and then moving to a new city and starting a new job and basically eating whenever and what ever we could. To top things off I had to have my appendix removed and really put my motivation in the crapper. It took forever for the thing to heal and even then you have to be careful not to get a hernia. Last but not least my wife gets deployed to Iraq and I?m stuck alone in a new city with nothing but the TV and some frozen pizza?s to keep me company. That combined with some heavy lifting resulted in me ballooning up to 241lbs by the end of December.
Enough was enough and I knew I had to do something with my self. Not having a workout partner to help keep me motivated and having to take care of everything at home as well as trying to take care of a deployed wife and manage an account, I was going to need some extra energy to push me through and I would also need the greatest fat burner of all time to try and lose all that fat I had gained. It seemed impossible, but that?s when I ordered HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE and began my transformation.
Thanks to Muscletech I have dropped 46 lbs and have gotten into the best shape of my life. Now I eat better, feel better, and look better than I ever have. My wife got a huge surprise and seeing her face was more than worth the effort. She had left Buddha and came home to a Greek God. Which I also feel like in the bedroom now. THANK YOU HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE!! You changed my life!

15 Week Transformation Final Pics & Essay

The 2nd Annual Muscletech Body Transformation Contest has changed my life in ways words can not even explain. Through my the hard work and effort, my results would have never been possible without specific Muscletech products such as NaNo Vapor, Hydroxycut Hardcore, Cell-Tech, Nitro-Tech, IntraVol and Hydrazide. NaNo Vapor has given me the pump at the start of my workouts and stay pumped through my work out. Hydroxycut is the key to my success in losing body fat. This product gave me the boost I needed to burn fat while also building muscle with no signs of letting up. Other key components to my workouts were Cell-Tech and Nitro-Tech. Both products worked hand and hand complimenting each other right after the other. After I worked out I immediately took Cell-Tech and 30 minutes later I followed this product up with Nitro-Tech. The last two newest supplements made me achieve what I never thought were possible. I took IntraVol during my workouts to push my body to the fullest helping me push out more reps than ever before. The last product was a last minute discovery. I was looking for a way to lose close to, if not all of the water weight I have put on through the duration of this contest and help me get fully ripped and through my discovery I found Hydrazide. Thank you Muscletech for making this transformation possible with all these great products. I am in the greatest shape of my life.

Thanks,
Cameron Rias

Muscletech $50,000 Transformation Challenge Essay

I was a 47 year old couch potato, wallowing in a sea of neglect, indifference and waning health. While surfing the internet one day, I stumbled upon the Muscletech 50,000 dollar transformation contest, presented by Bodyspace. My wife and I decided that we needed to make some serious changes in our unhealthy lifestyle, and this contest was just the motivation that we needed to make that first step, from inactivity to action. With the daily motivation from our new friends at the Bodybuilding.com forums, and the excellent health and fitness products from Muscletech, we were able to transform our minds, and our bodies.

The one - two knockout combination of NitroTech protein, and Cryotest testosterone amplifier helped me to build my body, lose fat, and feel young and strong again, and Hydrazide provided the finishing touches to my new, leaner but more muscular physique.

Thanks Muscletech, and Bodyspace, for helping me get off the couch, and into the best shape of my life!

Smile Hey Pophead

Hey,

I can not even lie, you did an amazing transformation, no joke. I wonder what your opinion is of mine?

until now, through the motivation inspired by this contest, that I have

arrived at the amazing feeling of accomplishment that I now carry with me.

At the start of my transformation I had absolutely no knowledge of

bodybuilding routines or diet planning. Now that I know what a proper

day's nutrition should be, I've been able to meet my goals AND encourage

several others to start acheiving theirs as well. I feel like I can do

anything, and I want everyone to look at the changes I've made and know

that they can do anything too!

My plan began with taking Hydroxycut three times daily, coupled with

regular excercise and 5-8 small, healthy meals per day. (For example: A

Nitrotech Hardcore protein bar.) After only a few days I could see

siginificant changes in my body, which inspired me to step up my game even

more. When I felt I couldn't run any further, I ran. I wanted to win so

badly that it forced me into learning how to push harder, faster, stronger

than I ever thought was capable.

Now I am the healthy, happy woman I've always wanted to be. My world has

been forever changed for the better, and I owe it all to MuscleTech!

Essay:
When I started this transformation I did not think it would have such a profound impact on my life. It was just another goal I had set after taking off from lifting from Nov. 1st to Jan. 1st due to a stressful semester at Johns Hopkins University. After returning to school I resumed my lifting schedule with my lifting partner and roommate. Things weren?t bad, school was going well, but slowly life started to deteriorate.
By the end of March I had lost my girlfriend and gone into a pretty bad depression. It got worse as time rolled on until I was watch various shows on Hulu several hours a day. I have been lifting and getting in shape since June 2007, but I realized that at this point in life it was all I had that I could call my own. Lifting slowly built up my happiness and rid me of the reminders of the worse times. I believe my happiness today is completely owed to fitness.
Once the depression was kicked I decided to chase a dream I never thought possible. I have started Boxing. The workouts require an intense desire and determination. I started April 13 and have gone five days a week since. Not only has this transformation contest brought me from my lowest lows, but it has also raised my eyes to the horizons to reach a goal I thought would be impossible for the first twenty three years of my life.

Before and Afters are on my Profile.
Weight: Before 174 | After 160 (I made my goal to make sure I could Box Middleweight)

Here is my story.

I decided to enter the Muscletech Transformation contest in order to motivate myself to get out of the training rut I was in. Going on line, checking people's updates and seeing their progress truly motivated me to train and diet harder and more consistently then I have in 15 years. While I am still learning to diet correctly I was able to add some good size during the past 4 months while dropping a decent amount of bodyfat. My main goal was to get bigger and that is what I did. It was a great experience and I have found new respect for anyone that puts the time in and steps out on stage as it takes more commitment and self discipline then I ever realized. Congratulations to everyone who entered the contest and saw it through.

I decided I wanted to change my appearance because I knew the amount of discipline it would take to succeed.

When I set out I did not have big expectations for the end of my journey. All I knew was that I was going to challenge myself to stay motivated and dedicated throughout this time no matter what. In the end, the results were going to be what they were, but my goal was to look back on this contest and see areas of my life where I was challenged, and through self discipline, was able to overcome these challenges. In hindsight I know that his goal was achieved. These last twelve weeks have shown me that if I have the will and dedication to achieve my fitness goals then I have the same will and dedication to achieve other life goals. The same discipline that helped me get through these last twelve weeks will also help better my relationship with my wife, my relationship with God, and my job as a teacher. The personal qualities I?ve learned about myself will definitely help me accomplish my fitness goals, but more importantly, I now have the confidence that I can accomplish other life goals. There is no greater reward from this contest than this.

Check out the progress http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/seeeen84/

Great job everybody. Good luck!

Smile MT Transformation contest!

I always wanted to be that "big, ripped guy" that everyone looks up to and ask the question, "how'd you get so big?!" or "Your flippin' ripped!" So about two years ago, I decided to go on a mission: to get into the best shape of my life. Trust me, it's easier said than done! Well, at least for me. Doctors diagnosed that I had a small genetic problem. I was diagnosed with very high blood pressure, especially for my age of 19. So I went on a mission for a transformation. But for those who don't know, its darn hard doing any weightlifting or cardio with high blood pressure. You get tired very fast, sweat like a monster, and you can feel the pulse right in your teeth. I was getting on and off of my workout routines, and my diet had to become strict to control my blood glucose levels; and that was a whole new trip for me, considering how much I love sweets! So I failed miserably in both diet and workout- until I came across this competition. I was so enthusiastic and motivated, that nothing could stop me. For the full 12 weeks, I have never been this motivated in my life! This competition has changed my life. For me, this competition has shaped up my life style. Thanks to this competition, I am now living my healthy future!

Sincere thanks to MuslceTech and Bodybuidling.com!
Cristian.

Final Essay: Thanks!

How do you feel, right now? It?s a unique question, requiring a moment of pause to assess yourself beyond, ?I?m fine, thanks for asking.? if you answer it truthfully. Only four short months ago my pause would have been brief; I felt unhealthy, unmotivated, and defeated.
Only two years ago, I was a slender, athletic person weighing 135lbs. trying to add muscle to a small frame. Unfortunately, nearly 100 pounds later, tipping the scales at 228lbs, I realized my desire to add muscle had simply draped fat over my small frame. More notably, my path to becoming overweight included several stops to my doctor; I was sick more frequently than any other time in my life and a short list of medical problems was threatening to become much larger.
I found the MuscleTech transformation challenge on Bodybuilding.com and made the commitment to make a change. On January 1st I signed up and rediscovered the motivation I had lost. The four months of hard work that followed were incredible; using MuscleTech?s well researched supplements, Cell-Tech Hardcore, Nitro-Tech Hardcore, naNOX9, Anabolic Halo, and Hydrazide I was able to cut 50lbs. of fat while adding the lean mass I had dreamt of.
Today, my answer still requires little pause. I feel energized, strong, and healthy. How do you feel right now? Do you feel unhealthy, unmotivated? The solution lies before you. MuscleTech?s scientifically proven line of supplements will take you where you want to go, just add iron.
Thank you MuscleTech and Bodybuilding.com!

MuscleTech Essay

"No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training it is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable." -Socrates 400 BC

I refuse to be that man. So I joined this contest and began the mentally and physically challenging journey to reach fitness levels I never achieved before. My journey became a family effort. My wife joined my strenuous, evening workouts sessions, even though she was exhausted from work before the workout began. My family also adopted new nutritional values. We eliminated junk food from our diet, focusing instead on lean proteins and vegetables, much to my 4 year old's dismay. We truly committed to turning "potential into production."

Along my journey Halo, Hydroxcut Hardcore, Gakic, N.O. Vapor were the logs that kept my "fire" burning both mentally and metabolically. They enabled me to train hard, sleep well, and wake up to do it all again! I gained priceless, life-changing knowledge about nutrition. I studied the art of bodybuilding, from posing to supplementation, and gained a new respect for bodybuilders. I also discovered that I share their same attitude and work ethic.
This challenge made me a better person, physically and mentally, and brought my family closer together, giving us a new attitude and a healthier lifestyle. I would like to thank BodyBuilding.com and Muscle Tech for the motivation, tools and opportunity to change for the better.

ESSAY keeps getting deleted? just want to make sure im in there.

FINAL ESSAY!!
I'd forgotten what if felt like to be in shape and have confidence in myself, I always would say "I'll work out tommorrow," but tommorrow came and went and the pounds packed on. Then i came across this contest and was amazed with the transformations of last year's contestants through hard work and muscletech supplements sold on bodybuilding.com.
I remember saying to myself "no more excuses, I can do this" and from that point on, I put 110% into my training and diet. I put faith in muscletech's groundbreaking products including leukic, Anabolic Halo, Cell-Tech, naNO Vapor, Hydroxycut, and Nitro-tech and quickly saw the washboard abs I've always wanted! Everyday I'd read articles on bodybuilding.com that provided new knowledge to go along with my new physique.
With bodybuilding.com and the power of muscletech, I've broken barriers in my life that I never imagined. In 12 weeks, I've lost 56lbs while continuing to gain muscle! This contest not only changed my life, it's affected the people around me; through my success they see it's possible to become a fit and healthy person too.
This isn't just a contest to me; It's a lifestyle! Soon I will enter my first bodybuilding show, and I know I'll succeed with hard work and muscletech products! I've always read fitness magazines and wondered what if I had that incredible body, now all I have to do is look in the mirror! Thank you Muscletech and Bodybuilding.com for giving me the results I've always wanted!

My Amazing MuscleTech Adventure!

I am so excited to be included in the 2nd Annual MuscleTech Total Transformation Contest. Thank you MuscleTech and BodyBuilding.com for this great opportunity, in allowing me to present my before and after pictures on their websites.

Recently, I have been fortunate enough to meet some of my idols in the body building arena, Jay Cutler, two times, Mr. Olympia at the San Diego World Gym and Nasser El Sonbaty. Jay Cutler movtivated and help direct me with my meal scheduling. While, I had the honor to actually train with Nasser El Sonbaty, at my local gym. For this contest, I was in the gym, training with 'Branch Warren' intensity, six days a week, the hardest of my life!

Through this contest, I hope to get alot of exposure to supplement companies, so I might get an endorsement contract. My experience during this challange, has been so much fun and has also inspired me to plan on competing in future bodybuilding contests. Even though this contest has ended, I will continue to train with the same intensity and look for more contests to enter.

Thank you MuscleTech and Bodybuilding.com!

Transformation essay

I discovered the MuscleTech contest after realizing that my clothes were becoming a tighter and snugger fit. I was slowly gaining weight and my exercise program was not helping me lose body fat. It seemed like no matter what I did the scale would not move and my body was deteriorating. I did tons of research to find the best supplement that would help me attain my goals. In my search MuscleTech was the brand most recommended, but I was still skeptical. I decided to give Hydroxycut, NaNo Vapor and Cell-Tech a try. My first serving of the supplements was an unbelievable experience. I immediately knew that with the help of MuscleTech and its powerful, thoroughly formulated supplements I could achieve a physique never before thought possible and get away from buying size 40 pants. Within weeks of starting the contest and MuscleTech supplements people began asking me how I'm making such a drastic progress. I recommended the MuscleTech brand to everyone who asked and will continue to spread the word about MuscleTech - supplements that work. I lost 30 pounds during the contest, and as my waist size shrunk, my arms and muscles exploded in size, all thanks to MuscleTech. The MuscleTech contest changed my life for the better. My drive, energy and the will to train went through the roof and I discovered a new passion - bodybuilding. I plan on competing and using the MuscleTech line of supplements to help me be a WINNER!

Final Essay

During fall/winter of '08, I wanted to die. I had a relationship fall apart. My anxiety and depression were running rampant. I was suicidal. I was isolating myself from people, and living in my mom's home. I hated myself! I filled these holes with food, which I offset with "training". Well, I injured my left patellar tendon. My weight ballooned to 238 lbs. My pockets were empty from filling my gut.

I saw an advertisement for the Muscletech Body Transformation. There it was; a goal, a hope, and a way out. I purchased Muscletech Creatine Monohydrate due to its time tested benefits. I knew the cutting would require me to maintain strength and lean mass and the Muscletech CM did just that, it worked beautifully. I got myself into a routine, started talking with a nutrition advisor from Cincinnati, put my shoulder to the wheel and pushed. It was brutally difficult- weighing food, walking, cycling, lifting, and 35lbs of bodyfat lost later, more than worth it. I moved out, gained confidence, mopped up my interpersonal mess, and moved forward.

Now, I no longer see a therapist for my anxiety and depression. I'm doing well in school, and I'm seeing myself and others in a positive way.

My transformation has united family, friends, and coworkers as they've cheered me on, thus strengthening the bonds between us all. Most importantly the contest has given me a body that reflects my unbounded inner potential.
