I can wholeheartedly say ?I am the person I want to be?!
Bodyspace provided the inspiration and motivation that led to my decision to enter this contest. Most people only dream of having a support group such as this.
Making the commitment and following it through until the end has led me to find self-confidence and pride in myself that did not exist before January. The phrase ? there?s a light at the end of the tunnel?, no longer exists to me. The light is never ending the way I see it. Each day brings progress and achievement which leads to new goals to be reached. I now have the determination that I once only saw in others and was envious of. Hopefully I can BE one of those people now, and be one to offer advice and encouragement to someone like the person I once was.
This contest may have come to an end, but the transformation of my life, physically and mentally, has only just begun.

Essay and Pics
Participating in the MuscleTech $50,000 Transformation Contest has
transformed not only my body, but my life. Prior to signing up, I must
have tried and failed at getting in shape at least 100 times. It was not
until now, through the motivation inspired by this contest, that I have
arrived at the amazing feeling of accomplishment that I now carry with me.
At the start of my transformation I had absolutely no knowledge of
bodybuilding routines or diet planning. Now that I know what a proper
day's nutrition should be, I've been able to meet my goals AND encourage
several others to start acheiving theirs as well. I feel like I can do
anything, and I want everyone to look at the changes I've made and know
that they can do anything too!
My plan began with taking Hydroxycut three times daily, coupled with
regular excercise and 5-8 small, healthy meals per day. (For example: A
Nitrotech Hardcore protein bar.) After only a few days I could see
siginificant changes in my body, which inspired me to step up my game even
more. When I felt I couldn't run any further, I ran. I wanted to win so
badly that it forced me into learning how to push harder, faster, stronger
than I ever thought was capable.
Now I am the healthy, happy woman I've always wanted to be. My world has
been forever changed for the better, and I owe it all to MuscleTech!

I would like to start by saying that the muscletech products really work. I continually took the Cell Tech, Nano Vapor, Halo and of course the Nitro Tech Protein during the whole process. I am so happy with the muscle weight I put on while loosing the fat. To actually be able to put on muscle while dieting is awesome, and something I have never been able to do. You have a loyal customer for life, no matter what happens in the contest. I will gladly sing the praises of muscletech to all my friends.
All of that being said, I started at 223lbs, and ended at 205lbs. All of this while putting on 4.3 lbs of muscle. There is no way I could have put on that much muscle in such a short period of time without the help of muscletech and your awesome products. Obviously I lost more than 22lbs of fat in the process.
To me this was a contest to see how much muscle I could gain, while loosing weight, not just a weight loss contest. That is what muscletech products are all about right, well I think so, and really believe it is true!
Please feel free to have anyone contact me about your products, if they are taken exactly as recommended, they work perfect!
Below are my final pictures.
Thanks!

Essay
The contest impacted me in multiple ways. First, it gave me a whole new respect for the bodybuilding community. It takes a lot of work to get ripped, including the diet itself. I learned what to eat, when to eat, and how much. I've never really used supplements until this contest and it opened a whole new world to me. Cell Tech Hardcore is definitely a favorite of mine. I also found that with a goal in mind (winning this contest), my workouts became more intense, fun, and rewarding. It wasn't the same boring routine of going to the gym at lunch and just working out. I tried new workouts to help burn fat that kicked my ass. Thank you Tabata and M&F! Each day that I get up, I look forward to going to the gym and blasting away at the weights. I look and feel better today than I did 10 years ago. Thanks for having this contest, no matter the outcome!!

Essay
IRAQ, NO FOOD, NO GYM, NO PROBLEM!!
My name is Glenn Snow Jr. and I am currently in Iraq. I began this journey at the weight of 207lbs. and 23% body fat in December 2008. Heading towards a family trend of alcoholism, diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart problems, I wanted to take control of my life. My initial realization, came when I had to get measured for being overweight for the first time when I took my last fitness test for my reserve unit. It was the most embarrassing moment of both my life and career. The medic said my food and alcohol intake was the cause of all of this. My mother died from Alcoholism in May 2006 and the medic said I was heading for the same results. It was time for a change.
About (3) months afterwards I found out that I was deploying to Iraq through my civilian employer. But little did I know that my work site would be without a mess hall, healthy foods, or a gym. Thanks to *********.com and Muscle Tech, I was able to order my food for the month once a month for four months. Slowly we gathered dumbbells and free weights and made our own gym in a small (10X10) barracks room. With constant mission changes, this has been the hardest thing I have done. I love it! I am now 183lbs. and 7% body fat and I finally feel like I have control of my life!!

Yeah, I'll be here till closing time, checking out all the amazing transformations! I'm usually hanging out in the Over 35 section when I'm not here. I imagine the group blog will keep on going after they lock this bad boy. Maybe someone should start a "Recovering Transformation Addicts Support Forum" for us to hang out in!
I'll be embarking on a mass building phase for the rest of the year. No, not stomach mass! I can't say for certain that I will be entering this one again next year, I'd like to think I will go straight to stage contests.... but a lot can happen in 8 months! I'd be willing to bet many will be fattening up for another run here though! I will definitely be checking out who comes back!

Final Essay
I would like to start off by saying thank you to Muscle Tech and Bodybuilding.com, for giving me the motivation and fortitude to make such a dramatic change in my life.
I have a disease called Spinalcerebellar Degeneration that affects my coordination and balance. Because of my lack of balance, I didn?t like leaving the house, the embarrassment killed me. At times, I had trouble walking and even standing. I always used the excuse of ?I can?t do cardio; I can?t walk on the treadmill.? So I wouldn?t do it, I believed it couldn?t be done. With the motivation I have gained with this contest, I ride a bike everyday and I can even walk on the treadmill without holding on.
This program has made such a big difference in my confidence and self esteem. I am so full of life, I go anywhere at anytime, and just watch the heads turn.
Thanks again Muscle Tech, your products are amazing! I believe your supplements are helping my situation, way beyond your normal ?workout and look good program,? this has been a life changing experience.

Final essay and pics
My name is Jason Gillette, and I am a 35 year old single father, with custody of my two small children. I have always enjoyed weightlifting, but because of everyday life, I hadn't lifted in ten years. Last fall I injured my knee at work, requiring surgery. Suddenly, I had more free time than ever before
In October myself and two friends began lifting four days a week in my home. Our only goal was to get stronger,to increase our power in this summers softball season. I immediately began to see strength gains, but was also gaining a lot of weight.
Then at Christmas, my mom bought me a muscle and fitness magazine, and I saw the ad for this contest. I immediately thought that this was something I would love to do.
I started trying to eat better and continued to try to add lean bulk, for three more months. Then in April I began my cardio, and started to get into shape. I had no previous experience with bodybuilding, so it was all new to me at this point. With the help of Hydroxycut Hardcore, a better diet and a lot of cardio, I was able to cut 38 pounds in eight weeks to get in the best shape of my life.
This contest means a lot to me because it introduced me to a new sport that I can continue with, long after my softball playing days are over. Thanks for the inspiriation.

BTC Essay
While in High School I was diagnosed with a form of Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was a three-sport athlete playing football, basketball, and baseball and it all came to an abrupt end. I was unable to play any sports my senior year, and the chance at becoming a college athlete went out the window. The arthritis has been in remission for two years and the MuscleTech Body Transformation Challenge gave an extra incentive to get back in shape. The start of the transformation began with a change in diet along with bringing in a pre-workout supplement (naNO Vapor) for added energy during workouts. I noticed quick results by dropping some of the weight, but it did not all go as easy as it appeared at the start. I ran into some knee problems that eliminated my cardio and leg lifts for a couple of weeks. The workout schedule along with the diet made me feel better every day. While playing pick-up basketball at the Grand Valley State University Rec Center I was able to run with current football players and my motivation was raised to another level. The thrill of competition brought forth the athlete in me and I worked harder each day to become better both in the gym and on the court. Because of the MuscleTech Body Transformation Challenge my drive as an athlete was returned. I am in the best shape I?ve been in since High School and I plan to continue the Transformation.

MuscleTech Contest Essay
For far to long, I had wanted to shed those extra pounds of body fat and be able to really see what all my hard work in the gym had built up over the years. I had tried dietinig before, but I could not stick it out and time after time I gave into temptation or quit. But this time was different. When I saw the advertisment for MuscleTech's $50,000 contest, I knew this was my chance to prove to myself that I have what it takes to conquer my weight loss goals and take my body to the next level. This contest gave me something to work for. When I couldnt stand anymore broccoli or chicken or cooking all day long, this contest kept me going. These past four months have shown me that I have the strength and the discipline to achieve anything I put my mind to. I owe everything I have accomplished to MuscleTech for providing me with this amazing opportunity, as well as, some great supplements that have helped push me to my limits.
This contest has been a challenging journey that has pushed me closer to becoming the bodybuilder that I know I am capable of being.
Thanks MuscleTech & Bodybuilding.com,
T.C. Reeves

Final Essay and Pics!!!
The Muscletech transformation contest was by far one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life. Twelve weeks and thirty pounds later, I feel like a whole new me. Leaner, stronger, and more proud than ever, I wake up everyday in the best shape of my life. I will be able to raise my two beautiful children to a healthier lifestyle. Inspiring my fiance and others around me to succeed has been one of the most enjoyable parts of this contest. There were many times I didnt feel like working out, but the great Muscletech products I took kept me pushing hard. Hydroxycut Hardcore kept me focused for early morning cardio. Luekic Hardcore and NANOvapor helped me build muscle in a way I didnt think possible. There is no way I will ever stop taking Muscletech to further enhance my new bodybuilding lifestyle. Thank you Muscletech and bodybuilding.com for this great opportunity to change my life!
Check out the rest of my progress pics in My BodySpace.

essay for contest
When I starting this competition I had already been weight training for a year but wasn?t getting the results that I wanted. Entering the MUSCLETECH body transformation contest really helped me realize my full potential. I wanted to lose some fat and gain a lot more muscle and in order to do that I really began to look at my eating habits and how bad they were. That?s when I started learning about what foods are good and bad for you, about calorie counting, fats, carbs, protein and the benefits of MT supplements.
Being in the MUSCLETECH competition led me to gaining more knowledge about training in different ways. I found myself looking for every way to make my workouts more beneficial to achieving my goal. This meant everyday I was looking through my magazines and online for all the information I could find to get the best workouts possible. And my whole family is now more aware of the benefits of diet and exercise including my 4 year old daughter who likes to workout with me, doing everything from lifting her 1 lb. weights to crunches and taking her own pictures for the competition.
I am in construction and my job is very demanding on my body. There were days when I didn?t feel up to working out that the Nano Vipor & Nano X9 gave me that push that I needed.
To date I have lost 20 pounds, I?m stronger than I?ve ever been and I feel great about what I have achieved.

My Entry into the Bodybuilding.com MuscleTech Contest
I planned to start the contest 1/1/09. I caught a nasty cold and could not get rid of it. I didnt start until 1/30/09. During the entire contest, I caught 3 colds and was on antibiotics 2 times. I live in sunny South Florida! I realize that I will not be the overall winner, but I am extremely proud of my progress for a 45 year old! The contest has helped me realize that I am able to transform my body, with a regular exercise regime. Using the MuscleTech products, CellTech and NitroTech, along with Leukic, Gakic and Creakic supplements has given me help with meal replacement and workout recovery. My friends cannot believe the difference in my body, which has proven to be another motivator. My journey will continue and MuscleTech products will remain a big part of it as they taste great and have helped me attain results. Now if only I could get rid of my latest cold! Please see my PROFILE for all of my progress photographs. Roy Adams

essay and before and after pics
8 car accidents, two level cervical fusion surgery, ACL replacement, and 52 years of age were all excuses not to stay fit and healthy. The only problem with all of that was that I didn?t like the way I looked or felt. Continuous back problems, fast foods, and a bulging waistline made me shy away from mirrors and consistent exercise. When I read about the body transformation contest, it made me re-evaluate my health and my future. I remembered those days in my 30?s when I had the stovepipe arms and chiseled body and I wanted it back. The contest ignited the spark to get motivated and stay that way!
Regardless of the contest outcome, I?ve got a new commitment towards being fit, looking, and staying young. Following the progress of others in this contest served to provide even more motivation. My journey will be an ongoing one for the foreseeable future. The supplements have been amazing. Specifically, the Anabolic Vitakic vitamins have been a substantial contributor to my success. The grueling workouts and seemingly endless periods of cardio would not have been possible without these remarkable multivitamins. At my age, I would not have been able to have sustained my routine without them. Even my skin tone and texture appears younger. The daily compliments I receive add fuel to my fire and I owe it all to Muscletech.
Today begins the next contest for the rest of my life.

The Essay
This transformation contest has made such an impact on my life not only physically and mentally but socially as well. Seeing myself push through old plateaus in the weight room, knowing that I am now stronger than ever, and seeing my hard work pay off in the physique I have created is a wonderful feeling. The best part though is when other people notice the changes and comment to me about looking bigger. I have worked so hard towards my goal of gaining muscle mass but still staying defined, and I achieved it, all in a healthy manner. Seeing the progress from week to week has now inspired me to keep lifting for life. What is even more important to me though is that I have inspired my ageing parents to start exercising more often. Being a skinny guy trying to gain muscle mass while keeping definition is a long and tough process but with the assets provided by bodybuilding.com (workouts, motivational tips, nutritional suggestions), along with the products of muscle-tech, you have helped me achieve my goal. Thank you.
