My MuscleTech After Pictures and Essay
Hey guys and girls! Hope everyone had a life changing experience with their transformations, I know I did. Not knowing what to do is a bad feeling when it comes to dieting and everyone here at bb.com and MT have helped me so much, I know as I grow older with the help I get here I can stack on size and go pro! haha but really I've found out the value of dedication and staying consistent in the gym and the way I eat. Nutrition is key to have a constantly changing body in my eyes. This transformation has showed me a lot about myself and if I had known the benefits that come with it, I would have started much earlier.
Check out my before and after pictures below, FULL SIZE are in my progress pic section and you can also click the comparisons to see a larger version.
My 250 word Final Essay is also right below the pictures, enjoy guys and hope to hear some feedback!
Good luck to everyone and stay in the gym!

Essay:
Feeling sick is probably the best way to describe how I felt before I started my MuscleTech transformation. I had been overweight for too long and was getting tired too easily, that shouldn't start happening to me until my older years! I would never want do anything or go anywhere. I would decline invitations to pool party's or a beautiful day at the beach, because I was too embarrassed to take my shirt off. I had often tried to lose weight or diet with little success, but something had to change.
MuscleTech gave me the motivation I needed to achieve my goals, and the products to help me get there. I knew I couldn't get all the nutrients I needed from food to replenish my newly hard-working body. Anabolic VitaKic was just the bodybuilding vitamin I needed with everything I could imagine needed for growth and maintenance. I can't live without protein, and who could forget Nitro-Tech, the scientifically advanced protein (Strawberry-Banana is my favorite). Nano vapor is my preferred preworkout supplement although I had a few samples of MyoShock and I can say that it gave me some of the craziest pumps. One new product to me was Crytotest, a natural test booster, which instantly got rid of lethargy from dieting and kept me in a good mood all day.
More than just my body has changed. I have new attitude of happiness towards life, more confidence, a sense of dedication, and a better overall well-being. Thank You MuscleTech!
Also, here is a picture I liked, I feel like it makes me look like a bodybuilder lol

Good job. That belly went somewhere else. Wave goodbye and never look back
As for the other transformations since my last post, nice job. You all really make me smile to see this many finishing and showing off their hard work.

Well... it's that time
You guys have made some AMAZING transformations. I know how difficult it was for me to get to where I am - to make the transformation I've made. I know each and every one of you faced the same aches, pains, trials, troubles and all the other B.S. that life throws at you that made this contest so tough. My respect goes out to ALL of you!
You know what, though?
WE'RE HERE! WE DID IT!
Be proud of your accomplishment whether or not you made it to your goal physique, win this contest, or even place. We've made transformations only a very few have ever done. We are only a few who actually completed this contest, as well. Whether we are awarded in this contest or not, we made it to the end. We are ELITE! Keep this with you forever.
I know there will be several of us who stick around the forums, continuing to better our physique, our health, our life. It'll be nice to keep up with you all. To see you in the forums and watch you grow. To b.s., trade tips, ask questions and know that we accomplished something together.
Whether this contest was just the start of a new lifestyle or just a stepping stone along your path of fitness, I wish each and every one of you a long, happy, healthy future.
Hope to see you all around.
Train hard, eat right, and BE HAPPY!

Final Essay
If you're human, your life is full of highs and lows. Sometimes you spiral wildly out of control to hit rock bottom. Other times you sink slowly, ever so imperceptively, until you wake up, realize just how deep you sunk, and exclaim, "how did I get here?!?"
That was me.
I've always been active and played sports. One day, I simply woke up to realize that all those excuses (work, tired, personal and family crises, physical impairments, etc.) finally caught up to me. I found myself physically and emotionally tired, completely out of shape, and feeling terrible about my appearance. I longed for the motivation to get into shape, but all those negative excuses kept feeding back into themselves. I wanted to be healthy again... just not today. This was my low. Fat. Out of shape. Unhappy.
Then, I discovered the MuscleTech transformation contest.
What first caught my eye was the prize money. After careful consideration, I realized that this was the perfect opportunity to get out of my rut and get myself in shape! MuscleTech products were great. Shakes were delicious, and the supplementation was awesome. I added tons of muscle, cut fat, and did it all FAR faster than I ever imagined! MuscleTech really knows what they're doing.
I now get compliments on my physique. I feel healthier. Strength, endurance, mobility - all so much better. Now, this feeling I have... this happiness... it's definitely a high in my life. For that, I owe MuscleTech.
Thank you, MuscleTech!
--------
*** I lost 47lbs and 12.5" off my waist!!! ***
Thanks again, MuscleTech!

Essay and After Photos
You know the story of the shy boy who?s too embarrassed to go to the pool because he doesn?t want to take off his shirt. That boy has lived inside this shell for as long as I can remember, until now. Being a new vegetarian it is hard to find things to keep my body fueled properly and my muscles growing. I couldn?t go back on my personal choices or morals for a paycheck. MuscleTech supplements have filled the void. To be honest I tried to skimp out, in the beginning, and get cheaper supplements that I thought would have the same results. They didn?t. The Nitro-Tech protein powder along with the Halo not only tastes much better but I can actually feel the difference in my performance and development. From the moment they entered my system it was like a feeding frenzy for my muscles, they seemed to be thanking me and were asking to step it up a bit, telling me they can handle it. The rehabilitation was phenomenal! And when I worked myself to the brink of sanity and doubted my ability to achieve during the 5 AM workouts, Nano-Vapor was there. I didn?t even have to wait. Just mix it, drink it, and BAM! It was that friend telling me to get my ass out there and pump some iron, get on that trail, and by all means push the envelope of what I thought was possible?..thank you for showing me that there are no limits.

Muscletech Transformation Contest Essay
The one thing I want to say about Hydroxycut Hardcore has nothing to do with my efforts in the gym! This contest inspired me to get back into shape and has motivated me in all aspects of my life. I started using Hydroxycut Hardcore and instantly felt energetic, and staying focused in the gym was NOT the best benefit. When I was working out before this wonderful supplement, I found myself lacking in other areas of my life, such as on my eating habits, my job, keeping up on household chores, and I was even getting lazy while having fun.
After the first day of Hydroxycut Hardcore I noticed significant changes. I was able to complete a full day without the ?bog down? feeling I felt before. I was motivated at work, in the gym, and my house has never been so clean! I?ve recommended this product already and I will continue to do so.
Being disciplined through the military and playing semi-pro football I never thought I needed help getting out of a physical slump. Thanks Muscletech and keep creating products that are looking down on the competition!

Transformation Essay
This MuscleTech transformation awakened my body. Just by looking in the mirror, I wasn?t satisfied with my body?s condition because of my self consciousness. Initially, I started out at 190 lbs. with over 20% body fat. With the use of these supplements, I am currently at 158 Ibs. and an incredible 4.5% body fat. Due to these significant gains, I now look in the mirror and feel unstoppable. It?s like there is nothing I cannot achieve. Additionally, I attribute this achievement to hard work, dedication, and MuscleTech?s great supplements. The best thermogenic product I?ve ever used is Hydroxycut Hardcore. MuscleTech?s Hydroxycut Hardcore gave me the shredded look I wanted. Likewise, Nitro-tech Hardcore is the best tasting protein I?ve taken. Additionally, while taking Cell-tech Hardcore and Myoshock HSP, I experienced a skyrocketing in my strength and energy levels during the toughest of workouts. If it wasn?t for these supplements, my dream body wouldn?t be a possibility. Due to the fantastic results, I am competing in my first bodybuilding competition on May 23rd which I intend to win. My self consciousness has now been lifted due to the several compliments I receive at the gym in regards to my lean physique. This transformation has made me a better person and changed my lifestyle to a healthier one. MuscleTech doesn?t lie with the slogan: ?Supplements that work?. Through this process, I am going to be a MuscleTech customer for life. Thank you MuscleTech, you have changed my life for the better.

Final Essay
Bottom line, this contest for me has been the difference between my stepping on stage and walking off with the big prize or leaving without a trophy. It has helped me reach new levels of intensity that I truly never knew I could achieve. Using the MuscleTech Shredded stack I was able to peel off the pounds and quickly get cut and shredded beyond my wildest expectations. Everyday when I woke up I would look in the mirror and see a new cut or a bulge and this would inspire me to hit the gym each day with renewed determination and intensity. Being involved in this contest and knowing that there were so many others out there eyeing that big prize that I wanted so badly made me pound the weights with crazy ferocity! I just could not and would not let them take what was mine. No matter the outcome of this contest though the main thing that I've drawn from this experience is knowing that I have what it takes inside me to push myself and to excel at this sport. I've also learned that my body responds well to MuscleTech products and they will remain a large part of my future contest prep; a future that I look forward to with much anticipation. I am so glad I made the decision to enter this contest and am grateful to MuscleTech for presenting all of us with this opportunity.

Essay
Following my normal routine, I turn on my computer and click on my bookmark for Bodyspace. An ad near the top of the page catches my attention; a transformation contest. I look down at myself and sigh, the last month or so had taken a heavy toll on my physique. I read more about the contest, and decide there will never be a better time to try something like this. I order a few Muscletech products and prepare myself for the journey I am about to take.
Fast-forward three months: I wake up at five in the morning, excited about the day to come. After thirteen weeks of strict dieting and preparation, the day of my competition is finally here. I have never felt so ready for anything in my life. I am hungry and thirsty as I go through registration and weigh-in. One hundred forty nine pounds; I have lost a full thirty pounds to get to this contest shape. Finally it?s time for the awards. I walk out with the other three guys in the junior class. Fourth place is called out, and then third. It is down to me and one other. They pause, then call out second place; not me! I had just won the juniors class! I smile as they call out my name, pose for the photographer, and walk off with my trophy: the acknowledgement of months of complete dedication. It is the greatest sense of accomplishment I have ever known.

Man you have a phenomenal physique! Congratulations, and I hope you present that physique on stage somewhere. It would be a shame not to.

"essay"
What transformation means to me.
I have struggled with gaining weight for years and never thought it was possible to ever have the body I desired. I used to be called a "skinny" guy and I was not happy with the way I looked. I didn't want to be the "skinny" guy anymore and decided to make a change.
Then I saw a contest put on through Muscletech and Bodybuilding.com and knew this was my chance to achieve the body I had always dreamed about. With the help of the Muschletech products I am proud of the body I have achieved. I finally have the body of my dreams. I am now inspiring others to improve their own health and appearance.

Essay & pics
The transformation campaign has had a very positive impact on my life. It has helped me maintain energy at home and improved work performance on the job. I have two little girls so any extra energy I have definitely is helpful. Most of my life I have been active and in good shape. When we began to have children everyone told me it would be difficult to maintain my workouts. I did not agree, but sure enough I got busy and my weight began to creep up. When I looked in the mirror I was unhappy with what I saw. I looked and felt unhealthy. This did not sit well with me and I felt I wasn?t setting a good example for my girls. Since being in this program, they have seen and now ask to exercise with me. It is a great feeling to do this with my little girls. I also have a history of heart problems in my family and am a firefighter. The number one cause of death for firefighters in the line of duty is heart attacks. This is a constant fear for me and my family. Thanks to this contest, I have greatly improved my life and health and look forward to a new healthier life with my family. Thank you for the great website, advice and motivation provided by bodybuilding.com. The supplements and support have been very helpful to me. I am grateful for this experience.
