this is my first time on the forum, and i was just wondering whether this ECA product is any good and whether anyone has used it. the supplement is Forza T5 ECA,

Many years ago i took both as a supplement. But knowing what i know now, you could say i abused this combination and i think that's why there are so many horror stories about these two supps.

The recommended combination (found in a study) for the 2 is 20mg of E and 200mg of C a day. Like any other stim you need to find your tolerance and start low.

I recently started taking them again but using the combination mentioned above. Years ago people thought this was a magic pill and abused this combination which will of course caused problems. Abuse with any supp will cause problems. It's a good question to ask and it's definitely a good idea to research before you take them. Here is one link i've posted in another forum.

i really do wonder what ephedrines future is. in australia even pseudoephedrine is being banned in cold and flu medecines. ephedrine in any form is just unatainable here.

i honestly do not think the ban has anything to do with bodybuilders, athletes, or dieters. the problem is: ephedra/ephedrine/pseudoephedrine can all be used as precursors in the production of methamphetamine. because of this, pseudoephedrine is now controlled to an extent (even though it's practically useless). you try to buy ephedrine or pseudoephedrine, they record all your information in case you are ever tried for meth production.

i find it to be quite unfortunate. a small percentage of the population was highly abusing ephedrine, and now everyone gets to deal with this. my friend could not buy pseudoephedrine for his sinus infection because apparently in florida, you have to be 19, not 18 (what an arbitrary age!)...and imagine the trouble we would be in if we bought it for him!

Hey, has anyone tried lipodrene w/ ephedra? if so how did it work for u? I am currently taking it going on day 8, but since i am on my cycle i haven't weighed in to see if I lost any in 1 week.
