3 Months Arm Difference
Without any weight training. I prefer to train with body-weight. I am doing pull ups, l seats, planches, grip training and tricep dips.

I see almost no difference? Maybe a little more size with the tris? Seems like the biggest difference is the lighting you're using. The shadowing is much deeper at the end there. Otherwise, you look about the same.

I actually used the same camera and same lighting for every photo. The shadows will differ in every picture you take, I guess it's just luck if I look better in some photos than others.

I have three sessions: pull up day, l seat/dip/planche day, and grip training day.
Each of these days occur once every 96 hours. So I have one day of rest every 4 days. I don't train very hard. Each session lasts about 30 minutes. I just do a lot of strenuous exercise and try stuff I am not capable of until I can do it.

Thanks. No, I don't. I don't train my legs, apart from using them a lot, but I will try and get a picture of my back up soon.
