Great transformations
Everybody is looking great. It definitely seems as though the field is deeper this year compared to last. I about crapped my pants this morning when I saw i was under 230lbs. Granted I am manipulating my sodium and water, I never thought I could be so low. Since the beginning of january I've come all the way from 296 to 229. I wish I had taken my pictures at 296 instead of closer to 290. See you all later... I've got to eat another sweet potato!

It's going to be on June 6 in NYC...this is actually one of the biggest shows on the eastern united states side...This will be my first show, my thought process was go big or go home...definitely getting a little nervous, gotta loss about 4 more lbs of fat...at that point I would be shredded from head to toe...MORE CARDIO...hahaha

My Muscletech Transformation
Why have I transformed? Why do I deserve to win the contest? Well I can only answer one of those questions completely. The reason why I have transformed my body and mind: I graduated high school two years ago, weighing in at a whopping 289 lbs. I was a fatty! And I knew I needed to do something drastic with my life, but I needed to hit rockbottom I think, before I could go up! Then my father was hospitalized for having a heart attack, after his quadruple bypass, and the fact that he was going to have to be on dialysis the rest of his life, that was the turning point where I decided I needed to change!!! After all I was a spitting image of my father; obese, eating problems, was soon to develop diabetes like him, I'm sure I would have been down the same road as him, if it wasn't for this contest! I heard word about this contest at a local gym, and I thought "hey I'm making decent progress already, how about I get real motivated, and bodybuilding.com was the place that encouraged me. I also started taking Hydroxycut and Vitakic, Both of which are AMAZING and help me shed the weight like no other. At the peak of my transformation I was lifting for an hour a day and doing 3 hours of cardio per day as well, all while being a full-time college student (still maintaing a 4.0 gpa) and working nights at local hospital as a janitor. I can't say that I deserve to win this contest; however, I did give all I had, I did probably add YEARS onto my life, I'm sure there's others out there that look better than I do, but I busted my ass non-stop for this contest, I didn't go out on the weekends, I didn't cheat at all. And you know what? It was all worth it! I'm in the best shape of my life, and I know I will continue to grow and better myself from this contest! And I thank you bodybuilding.com for giving me this opportunity
Thanks,
Cody Kelly

For the record Adipokentix sp??? was one of the best fat burners ever. I never heard about a recall but I could run forever on that stuff. Was there any correlation to that and Arithmia?

vimi 16 Week Transformation!
This journey began on January 13, 2009 at 9:34 am in the downtown YMCA in Chattanooga, TN. It spans over 3000 miles traveled, twice moving my family, workouts in three different cities in a variety of gyms, ranging from Gold's to my living room. I called three different states home but felt at home in all three. The Y in Chattanooga, TN, Access Fitness in Bozeman, MT or Gold's Gym in ID, all served as my sanctuary for part of this trip. INTRAVOL, NANO VAPOR, ANABOLIC HALO and HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE no doubt helped me push the limit each and every workout and to ultimately accomplish my goal. The goal was to change my life, lifestyle and hopefully life length! I'd been stressed and depressed for months after my 2nd son Brady had been born unable to swallow food or liquids. Many tubes and a surgery later he's on his way to recovery and so are we as family. As soon as my 3 year old muscle monster Hunter hears a shaker bottle, he shouts, "You're a Hulk Daddy!" My wife reminds me every day, "Wow, You've never looked this good, WOW"! The four of us left our life of struggle and strife behind when we left TN and with the help of MUSCLETECH and motivation of Bodybuilding.com, I left my old body too. Now my journey has ended on May 4, 2009 at 8:37 am. 16 weeks wiser, 40 pounds lighter, with a passion for living life to its healthiest.
Good luck and congratulations to everyone who dreamed and achieved!

Holy Crap!!!
I was away for a while and needless to say that when I return there has been a ton of final pics and essays to read through. I must say that each and every single one of you did an amazing job. I mean these transformations have been AWESOME!!! I am truly inspired. I would take me forever to congratulate each person one by one so I will throw a blanket statement out to all you guys (and girls)...lol. But I will name each one of you individually, you deserve that much respect for all the hard work and dedication you have put in. So SUPER CONGRATS goes out to:
mjkelly, ktookjohnson, oberebel, vimi, allday03, franchise26, rubes00, atomica, IronCharles, speca1k, charchar9, rmcrath, IRONCOLE, TMan, MasterMatrix8, willymongo, smaher5, Kasparaitis, MotorBiker, Millenium, Kevinvu34, mariner, Kratoscomm, Respectmyhouse, kylesmith, auman, blackcanadian, 61bigboy, Izmanv, and truej8
Wow..there was a lot of you...and each one of you did an outstanding job. I am truly sorry if I overlooked anyone (there are so many pages to get through), It is all of you who made this contest a privilege to be apart of. Thank you!!!
To those of you who haven't posted your finals yet...best of luck, I am sure that it will be more of the same...AMAZING TRANSFORMATIONS!!!!

Some are using programs like paint, paintshop pro and photoshop. You can also host the pic on imageshack.us
Then use the code they give you and put the codes in side by side so there is no space or down a line.

Now, quote this message, and study the code. I just right clicked your preview pics and copied the url address, pasted it into the post and put the [img][/img] tags on it.
