Mitotropin Log/Review with pictures!
So here's the deal, I was way into training about a year and a half ago. I went from 147 to 202 in about 3 years. I got engaged and had so much school/wedding/work crap my training died out and my diet went out the window for about a year and a half. December of 08 I saw ad for P90X and decided after much debate to try it and get back into workingout and hopefully drop some weight for the summer. I was sitting at 222lb. with roughly 22% or higher bf and felt like crap. I will post pictures a little later today of that. I started P90X in Feb. and am currently on my last month. I'm down from 222lb. to 186lb. this morning again will post my pics thus far for day 0, day 30, day 60, and will post my final as well. I have been reading alot of the reviews on Mito and decided to incorperate it into my diet and excersise for the remaining 30days and give you all a log with pics as well. Hope you enjoy and I'll respond as often as I can.
Day 1: AM: woke up took the 3 tabs recommended and was a little hesitant because I took the full dose of Lipo6x and it was way to intense on energy, I'm very sensitive to caffiene. I can say it did make me a little shakey at about 40 min after taking but not in a nervous or anxious way. I felt very calm and at peace if that makes any sense. That's about all as far as effect for my first dose. will post second dose a little later today along with my workout review.

Here's the progress pics, will have day 60 pics a little later today, I need the wife to wakeup and take' em so until then here you go. FYI I had very bad acne growing up on chest and back and didn't want to take the risks associated with acutane so I kinda scarred up and still have some minor acne problems but thats what you're seeing in the pics. Please be kind, lol.
P.S. having trouble uploading due to file size so give it a little time I'll figure it all out.

So here's the run down, Day 1 3 tabs morning and afternoon, way intense and I might drop it down a little till my body can adjust. I worked out about an hour after my breakfast and had to stop 40 min. in because I was super neauseas and threw up about 5min. after that. Other than that, though a ton of energy, no real thermo effect to speak of yet but we will see what today brings. Today is Plyometrics so I will se how it goes with that. I can say though yesterday for whatever reason everything felt a little tighter and my pump ws pretty insane and mito was the only thing that could have caused it so points to gaspri for that. Couldn't get the wife free for pic yesterday but I took one this morning and will hopefully be able to take a couple more this aftrenoon so I'll have my before and afters for some comparison. So until then enjoy.

Got a little bit of a headache going right now took some tylenol and will be taking my second dose in about an hour. 1st dose this morning about 30 min. Before workout and the workout was good however first thing in the morning gives me some heart burn so I took some Tums half way through the workout, but no throwing up, I think for me I just get to much acid from the mito in the morning so having tums seems to fix that.

So day 3 is here and I finally can post up some day 60 photos which will be the starting point for the mito log. Yesterday was rough the headache got outta control and wrecked the rest of my day, I was in bed from about 5pm till this morning at 8am. Feeling better today and had my dose of Mito and getting ready for my workout. If you have any questions or would like to see any other angels on shots I have alot more than what i'm posting so just let me know.

Great stuff. I've been on a CKD for about two weeks now. Just got P9ox and Mitotropin yesterday. Was wondering if I should combine the three, guess I will. May even do a log.
