nice progress, i'm confused though. Is the 15 lbs after 3 months or 1 month? I'd slow it down a tad if you lost 15 lbs in a month, especially with your current weight being pretty low. How long were you lifting for before this cut?

oh no, 15 pounds altogether took about 4 months, but I've only been cutting for 3 months on purpose. As for lifting, I'be been lifting since I was about 16 so 3 years. I used to weight 190 lbs. so tht's why I started this.

15lbs in 4 months? That sucks. Better diet and exercise routine and you could've done that in less than 2.
And ditto on the leg comment, I think one of mine is about 130lbs

Nice progress........ This is just my opinion. In the future, especially when you are trying to clean bulk, if it were me, I would try out different methods. Even if it's something that you think works only on paper and in labs but not in the real world, still give it a try. When I was in my 3rd or 4th year of working out, I thought I knew it all. I would talk to the trainers at my gym and I wouldn't agree with them on their ideas. Later, I gave in and just started trying everything, and that was the best thing that could have happened to me. For instance, the whole "insulin spiking" with dextrose and maltodexrin with the protein right after weights worked wonders for me. Maybe it won't work for you and maybe it will. I started a clean bulk and I went from 167lbs to 185lbs in 3 months with only 1/2inch gain on my waist and no drugs. That was with the "insulin spike." I've never had results like that before. So just a suggestion, try out different ideas even if you think they might not work. The only reason why I didn't agree with you on my thread is because I tried it your way during my first cut, and yeah, I lost alot of weight. I went from 212lbs down to 165lbs. I looked alot more cut, but I did lose tons of muscle also. Now that I'm paying attention to every little detail and doing everything precise, I've lost lots of bodyfat, but my strength is still there. I've even gotten slightly stronger in some of my lifts. From my experience, the more precise and detailed I get with my nutrition, the better the results I get!! In the past I was on a mediocre nutrition plan and my results were mediocre. Now that I've been really strict and paying attention to the tiny details and tweaking little things here and there, my results have been phenomenal. I've noticed a big difference in my physique as soon as I started getting everything just right. But yeah, nice progress and good luck to you!

Thanks dude, I was actually planning on using the insulin spike post workout for better results. But I do know pre workout nutrition may be just as important from new research, it is a good idea to try new things.

You weigh 288 lbs and you're telling someone that weighs 140 he should be losing weight faster than 1 lb a week...
