OP: I'd say that Pro complex would be better due to the higher quality, but 100% will be good for post workout (and cheaper).

I'm currently using ON 100% whey(gold standard, natural)
it tastes great, especially with some lowfat milk.
If you're at home you can toss in a fruit into the blender and make a smoothie.
Pro Complex is also great.
To be honest they are both fantastic products

Exaclty PC has some added Egg protein to the mix. You wont see a difference in results. PC is a bit more expensive

Pro complex is great high quality protein, but it is expensive. I think ON's would be better though since it's still a good quality protein plus it has more servings and is cheaper.

Both great proteins sources and taste great..Pro Complex is more expensive.. I go with 100% whey! I had rocky road and it was very good.
