front squats spine compression

not really sure where to post this but i figured you guys would know. normally i do back squats and when i go heavy i naturally feel a little spine compression. i usually hang from a chin up bar after im done and feel it decompress.

today i did frontsquats and i found that i had MORE spine compression. i always heard front squats=less. maybe my form is off? anyone know the reason?

In theory, if you have good technique:

Front squats - more compression, less shear
Back Squats - less compression, more shear
