Final Thoughts
As a mother and wife, I have not always taken the time to put myself first. Over the years, I let myself go without realizing it was happening. I joined a gym in 2001 with the intention of focusing on my health and appearance. My fitness journey began with aerobics classes and I eventually found the courage to step into the weight room. I actually met my husband at a local gym!
I admire the many fitness models (especially the Hydroxycut girls) in magazines and set a goal to enter an amateur bodybuilding show in 2008. With my husband?s encouragement and support I stepped up my game. He was called up to serve our country during this time and my goal was postponed, so I promised myself that I would concentrate on training and transforming myself during his absence.
The Hydroxycut Max! challenge came at the perfect time for me, just as my hubby returned home from Iraq. The contest has provided me with the opportunity to push through that last little hump into the body I have been dreaming about. Hydroxycut Max! has helped to curb my appetite and provided me with the energy to power through my workouts. I have achieved amazing results over the past ten weeks and am seriously considering that amateur bodybuilding show. I feel and look great! I hope I can help motivate and encourage other women to become more active. Thank you for the motivation and the opportunity to participate!

Transformation Result essay
So all that hard work paid off. I started out at 157 and very unhappy with my overall fitness and appearance. Luckily my friend told me about the contest, it was just the motivation I needed. I now weigh 136 and look much better. I changed my diet completely and worked out more than before. I am ready to keep going at it. It was rewarding to see the difference in my pictures. There is nothing better out there. I have tried other things and this is the only one that produced any results. I felt great the whole time. I would truly reccomend this product to everyone I know. I can't wait to keep it going. Thanks Hydroxy Cut Max- YOU ROCK!!!!

Essay and Final Pics:
Like all women, I see the cover girls in magazines and longed for their figure. I tried diet after diet, all with pathetic results. Despite all the diets and workouts I just couldn't figure out how to get the body I wanted, so I would get frustrated and depressed. My actions weren't healthy, until I saw an ad for the Hydroxycut Max! Transformation Contest on bodybuilding.com. I learned the proper way to eat and exercise to get the results I wanted. All I lacked was the motivation- all of my previous failures had really dampered any faith in myself. Hydroxycut Max! gave me the energy to break past those barriers and do my workouts the right way. Now I have the figure that I've always wanted and the healthy eating habits to keep it for the rest of my life!

Twelve weeks ago, I saw the advertisement for the Hydroxycut Max Transformation Contest on Bodybuilding.com and decided to give it a try. I didn?t expect to see exceptional changes in my appearance or in how I felt about myself. I was wrong.
When I started taking Hydroxycut Max, I noticed the extra energy I had, and that my caloric burn was higher when taking it. My confidence and strength grew, and I began attacking my workouts with renewed vigor. The mental and physical results were shocking to me.
I now have the confidence that comes from a fit physique - at work, home and at the gym. Over the 12 weeks I used Hydroxycut Max, I lost 13.5 pounds, decreased my bodyfat by 6%, and lost a total of 6? ?3.5? just in my waist. My stomach is flatter than it has been in years and I enjoy shopping for new clothes again.
However, the most important thing that I am taking away from this challenge is the realization of the importance of fitness. As a family we are getting more exercise in. My sons are showing an interest in staying fit. I recently took my four year old with me to run bleachers at the high school. He spent the entire time at the top of the bleachers waiting to give me a hug and yelling encouragement to me ? ?Mommy, you rock!?. How can I stop now knowing that I have that level of support and influence?

Hydroxycut? Max Transformation
The Hydroxycut? Max Transformation was one of the greatest inspirational challenges of my life. Through determination, I have not only transformed my body into peak performance, but I have acquired gains in energy throughout my daily routine and acquired that extra push needed to succeed in physical fitness. Through the use of Hydroxycut? Max I have lost over 10 pounds in total body weight, resulting in a 7% loss in body fat. Before this challenge I had lost focus on issues such as health which brought side effects of depression, fat gain, and overall laziness. Hydroxycut? has been my companion through this purposeful journey, giving me the extra energy and focus I have needed all along to overcome these obstacles. Not wanting to be a skinny stick figure model, this product has given my body just the right amount of support needed to build the muscle mass and physique that I have always strived for. Now that I have embraced Hydroxycut? as part of my life, I have found that there is nothing to stop me from reaching the goals I have set forth and will continue to strive towards excellence in my body, mind, and overall lifestyle. I would like to thank the Hydroxycut? organization for establishing this competition that has helped bring happiness back into my life and would like to congratulate them on such a fine product. I?m sure anyone who truly used the support of Hydroxycut? Max during their transformation process has already won in life.

***All photos needed for the competition are posted in Progress Pics

First off, I want to say thank you to both Hydroxycut Max! And Bodybuilding.com! You weren't kidding when you said we are now one step closer to getting the sexy body of our dreams. In the past 11 weeks I have lost 27 lbs, 8.5% body fat and 3 dress sizes. My abs are flatter, my thighs are tighter and I have defined arms and shoulders. By December of 2008 I had yo-yoed up 25 pounds and was camouflaging my "muffin top" with maternity styled shirts. It was becoming clear that if I did not do something quick I would have to put away my tight low rise jeans forever, or permanently sew Spanx in all my clothes. So, on January, 1st 2009, I decided it was time for a change and to give Americas #1 selling Weight-Loss Supplement a shot. By incorporating Hydroxycut Max! with exercise and eating healthy the pounds started melting away immediately. Each week my clothes were feeling noticeably looser, while a more shapely and toned physique was becoming visible. Now I can continue to wear my skinny jeans with a fitted top and not have to worry about any flab spilling over. You don't know how much it means to me to be able to take pride in my appearance again. I feel so confident and, most importantly smokin' hot again! Thanks again to Hydroxycut Max! and Bodybuilding.com for giving me the opportunity to regain control of my life.
Sincerely,
Sarah

Hydroxycut Max Essay
Very rarely is there one specific event that will make a person change or that will spell success in that change. Deciding the get my body back, which I unfortunately lost sight of during college, was no exception. It took several events and minor decisions to ease me onto the road I?m on today. This essay is not a story of all of those events and decisions. This very short essay is about one small recent decision that has helped to motivate me and accelerate the process. Joining the Hydroxycut Max Transformation Contest added extra incentive to do my training and nutrition research, to actually put together a meal plan, to find a personal trainer, and to stick to my plan. As a graduate student, it is quite easy to be totally consumed by research, class, papers, job hunting, networking, etc., and completely forget about personal health and fitness. I think I?ve finally figured out how to balance my studies and fitness. I?m well on my way to finishing my degree, and I am entering a bodybuilding competition this summer. Many times day to day stress has tempted me to skip cardio or perhaps indulge in some sugary morsel of deliciousness that is chocolate or ice cream or the like, but I always remember my commitment to myself, to this competition, and to my competition this summer. It lends me strength to pursue my goals, and I feel fortunate to be progressing as well I have.
Photos are on Bodyspace page as are weight and measurements for the past several months. Good luck to all who entered.
Thanks and Gig 'Em,
Amanda

The Essay
I am 22 years old, a Corpsman in the United States Navy, currently deployed to Iraq. I started taking ?HYDROXYCUT MAX!? and began my body?s transformation, changing my life immensely. My elevated self-esteem and success in my military career are a testament that HYDROXYCUT MAX works!
Wearing shorts used to be a really difficult thing for me. I was embarrassed to walk out of the house wearing shorts, because of how tight they were and how self-conscious I was about my legs and mid-section. It feels good when people around me notice my new, lean, sexy figure. I like standing out from among the general public.
As a female Corpsman attached to a Marine Incident Response Platoon, my job requires a lot of strength and physical readiness for any combat situation. HYDROXYCUT MAX gave me the ability to control my appetite while having an irregular dieting schedule, due to the demands of my job. Working out helped me maintain a sharp physical appearance which is crucial when wearing uniforms.
I used to be unhappy about the way I looked and felt, but not anymore. I am excelling in my career, and my overall health has improved. Thank you MUSCLE TECH for developing a product that helped me turn my life in the right direction. If HYDROXYCUT MAX can help me find the motivation to hit the gym after spending 10 hours convoying in hot armored vehicles, wearing 80lbs of combat gear, imagine what can it do for you?

My Transformation
I have always been very athletic and in shape, but after two pregnancies I could hardly recognize the person I saw in the mirror. As my youngest son approached his 3rd birthday, I realized that I could no longer blame my appearance on "baby weight"! I read about the Hydroxycut Max Transformation Contest and I decided to get serious about losing weight. The first thing I needed to do was clean up my diet. I have celiac disease, but was only following a gluten-free diet about half of the time, and it showed! The second thing I had to do was start exercising, but being unable to afford a gym membership was a problem. Seeing that I was serious about changing my body, my husband bought me a spin bike and some dumbells. Using these tools I designed my current exercise program, which includes 2- 60 minute cardio sessions 6 days a week, as well as 6 days per week strength training. Taking Hydroxycut Max everyday gave me the energy to stick to my training. Since starting the contest, I have lost 22lbs and 23% body fat. This experience has changed my life. My husband and sons have supported me every step of the way and they have even embraced a clean, gluten-free diet! This contest may be over, but a renewed commitment to health and fitness is just beginning for me & my family!
