Help please
Ive been lifting hard for about a year or so. I am trying to lose body fat and gain lean muscle. I have a diet of 2200 calories that i decreased from 2800 acouple of days ago. with those 2200 calories i consume 200 grams of protien a day. ive been between 188 and 195 for the whole time that ive been lifting. ive cut my body fat down to around 11% and i weigh 193lbs. My question is that id like ot gain weight ultimitly around 210lbs but i also have a goal of 7% body fat by the end of 09. 10% by the end of june. i lift hard and have made great size and strength gains but havent gained any weight. is there a point where the fat loss and muscle gains will tip and ill start to gain weight? also the muscle called "Serratus Minor" ...i would like to increase the size of those muscles or make them more tone. Its the muscle that lies over your ribs and connect to your abs. any workouts anyone could help me with? thanks everyone
