Chillin with my Xtend
Well basically im just watching a movie at home and sippin on some Xtend. Is this ok to do? Felt i needed some BCAA's haha.

There is no problem with it at all. I like to sip on some PW whenever I'm craving something sweet lol.

xtend is pretty inexpensive, and has more concentrated BCAAs than simple protein. i havent seen any scoop of protein that has as much BCAA's as a serving of xtend....
plus xtend or PW just tastes yummy
