Best Fat burner??
Hey Guys! I am new to bodybuiling.com & body building, I am currently using CLA but I am not happy with it. I wanted to know, what is the most efficient fat burner, that I can use to loose more fat. Thanks.

How much CLA are you taking? Need at least 3.5-5g to be effective, and that in itself sparks a whole debate.
Best fat burner = EC Stack
I have used hydroxycut hardcore and had some luck with it. Had no response to lypo6X.

The healthy diet definitely helps a lot more than people think. But also, Hydroxycut Hardcore works great

Recreate is a good one that burns fat 23 different ways -- check it out. Also look into carb cycling. EC is probably the best but not the safest.

So I guess, hydroxycut hardcore, is the way to go...
also needed your opinion cus I've been eating atleast 3 peanutbutter(low fat) sandwiches a day, I wonder if all that bread(whole wheat+12 grain\flax seed) is bad for my diet. and here is my diet.
B.F: oaltmeal+peanutbutter(low fat) sandwich+ protien shake + green tea
Lunch: Chicken breast or tuna salad(granola & raisins+fat free dressing)
Dinner: Chicken breast+whole wheat pasta or whole grain rice.(green tea)
Protein shake before going to bed.
i can see my abs but it's just a bit stubborn fat will not go, I am looking for suggestions & it will be much appreciated.
