hunger will make u store belly fat?
I just wanna ask this to comfirm it... i read it from somewhere that if you dint eat every 2-3 hour ur body will hungry and send out a signal that i dunno call what pls enlighten me if you know. which this signal will tell ur body to store body fat. is it true and u need to eat a lot to lose fat?

You just need to make sure you eat enough calories a day to prevent your body form going into serious starvation mode. In my opinion , there really is no time frame, just try to get your calories in.

oh... ty.. and is starvation mode consider as diet? or are they different thing? because people always say diet to lose weight?

Technically hunger will make you store body fat as a response to starvation, but not eating every 2-3 hours wont put you in starvation. Just get in 1 gram of pretein per pound of body weight, eat that throughout the day, split it up into whatever many meals you want, eat carbs and fats around that as long as it fits within your deficit and you're good to go.

Diet = The food you eat. Most people, when they hear the word diet, immediately think about cutting out certain foods, etc.

Just eat when your hungry. It doesn't matter how many meals you eat through a day. Some people feel thay have to eat every 2/3 hours as they think they should which is rediculous.. Do what your body tells you fella.

agreed. It's tough to plan 6-8 meals per day anyways. Plus, i thoroughly enjoy the feeling of being full, and I get that three times a day with breakfast lunch and dinner

Sorry, I didn't put much info on my original post.
I have 3 meals a day generally as that's what my body tells me it prefers. If I'm hungry in between then I may have a handful of nuts, muller light yoghurt or apple. On my non-training days I sip my protein drink through the day which keeps me going generally and on training days I have straight after training. That's good enough for me.

Hunger doesn't make your body store fat. Depriving of your body of food will make your body hold on to what it has and not burn it off. You should eat every 2-4 hours or so, but if you don't your not gonna hurt yourself or anything.

I don't believe so. I am anorexic, starving, and have little body fat. AND I am NOT recommending you go ana though...just pointing something out.
