Best Type Of Fish?
I usually get Tilapia, but what other types are low in calories and fat?

your 136 lbs, you shouldnt be worried about low cal foods man. but my personal favs for fish are:
-cod
-flounder
-tuna
-mahi mahi
-salmon
-fluke
the list goes on

I use tilapia when cutting.... just cause it's cheap and low fat. But it's all about salmon... especially with some kind of sweet glaze. I'm a cook at a seafood restaurant. I'm on contest diet right now and it's killing me to go to work/.

Salmon is great. I just like Tilapia many different ways.
Try different Mrs. Dash's spices to keep things fresh.
