ha i think its better to just learn to wean yourself off of em ya know... its one of those things like liftin, it just eventually becomes a lifestyle an its normal. an everynow an again if you have a craving just eat a protein bar...that just my opinion though
if I eant somthing sweet I'll have me xf up whey it taste amazing. The only thing I crave is starbucks so the moca flavor kills my craving. Somtimes I will give myself a cheat snack though but not too often
yea once a week or once every two weeks you should have a cheat day where you eat a little fattier cut of steak or ice cream after dessert. just make sure it doesnt become a habit or anything, just once a week or every two weeks.
