I think Cutler is looking GREAT in the few sets of offseason pics that have come out. It seems like he's intent on being more shredded this year.

I dunno though-this ''Jay Cutler'' guy who makes those T-shirts seems to have come up with a pretty cool design.

150lb for a guy who is 300lb is considered on the light side.

I never agreed with that logic. It's as if all that extra mass somehow contributes to his chest, shoulders and tris. Same as people scoffing at bodybuilders choosing to not do pullups because of the extra bodyweight. Maybe if they just learn how to use more quads in their bench presses and pullups...

Shawn Ray does that about a week before the Olympia, 180 lbs in the off-season.

Why would you want to use quads in bench press for bodybuilding? And how would you even use quads in pullup(without jumping up to the bar each time, lol)?

Guys, when a guy is using a perfect elbows going back and pressing up squeezing chest without contracting triceps is VERY difficult. He is lowering pretty slow and controlled while squeezing up while doing around 13-15 reps. Nobody understands on here what it's like to do this and how much harder it is, but hopefully you become more knowledgeable with your training in the future when some of you train to become Mr Olympia.

nah, not anger brah, just a little bothered with some of the stupid posts. These guys need to learn more LOGIC before they post, coz as soon as they see a pic (single pic) they judge right away, which is kinda dumb.
