Fat (23%) Carbs (37%) Protein (40%) Alcohol (0%)
Fat (22%) Carbs (31%) Protein (47%) Alcohol (0%)
Fat (18%) Carbs (37%) Protein (44%) Alcohol (0%)
Is this a good direction for weight loss...
