Macros *Help with weightloss*

Trying to get a hold on understanding my macros...

Here are my macros for the last few days...

Fat (23%) Carbs (37%) Protein (40%) Alcohol (0%)
Fat (22%) Carbs (31%) Protein (47%) Alcohol (0%)
Fat (18%) Carbs (37%) Protein (44%) Alcohol (0%)

Is this a good direction for weight loss...

My calories are between 1650 to 2000...for some reason the weekend I find it harder to get closer to 2000 but I am tweaking my meals...

You can get a caliper test done at most Gym's or use an online calculator but those are not very accurate.

The only relevant macro is that your protien needs to be high enough. Other than that, get in a calorie defecit and you'll lose weight.
