Favorite Type of Meat
What is your favorite type of meat? For the connoisseurs, include your favorite cut. Go!
My favorite switches between New York Steak and Ribeye Steak. Had a kobe ribeye once. It was amazing, but cost me like $80 and that wasn't even for the baller Kobe. Baller Kobe beef cost like $200 per steak.

This is a terribly difficult question....I don't think I can answer it, it changes so often.
But all time:

Elk!
I have had it a few times and it is awesome. Unfortunately it's not a staple for me like beef.

Actually, I never ever eat beef but top sirloin when I do
It's always white meat so I don't know if that counts. Turkey and chicken breasts.
I have no objection though

Honey Ham that falls apart on your fork, watch out though it is very fatty but that is why it tastes so great.

Until you get the swine flu - JK (Bacon ROCKS)
My choice is anything RED. Although I am partial to a 12 ounce Filet Mignon - Cooked RARE, basically walk the cow through the kitchen and it's done in my opinion. Charred on the surface though.
If you need any sauce of any sort, the meat is not good enough.

Any cut of rare beef will do. I also enjoy my peking duck and fried chicken. The occasional crispy-fried pork chop is nice too. I love my meat in all of it's forms. Even cow tongue tastes good to me.

I eat chicken the most, but honestly it is kinda bland. I gotta go for a porterhose steak. You get the filet AND the NY strip, can't go wrong with that. As far as obscure meats, I gotta go with rabbit, rabbit is good eating if it is cooked right, trust me on that!

I LOVE meat! As a matter of fact, I have to cut back because I *THINK* it is wreaking havoc on my weight loss efforts even though I only eat the lean cuts.
My favorite meats are bison and Wellshire Farms Applewood Smoked Bacon. About once a month, I barbecue some pork ribs that I cook over applewood chips and lump wood charcoal. Delish!

Lamb, cooked rare, with butter melting off of it and just the right dash of mint spring to season it up.
