Ninety percent of erect penises end up being in the same size range (between five and seven inches), regardless of what size they were when flaccid. But keep in mind that everyone grows at different rates. Just as you may not have reached the height you eventually will, it may take some time for your penis to reach its full size as well.

Ya man have you never heard of a penis spotter?? If your worried about your penis ask somebody to gently grip the top of it while you lift so it doesnt shrink...most people dont care about there penis but some guys make sure to have a penis spotter with them when they work out...make sure you ask someone really big and strong to hold it

i just rekon its an illusion because your muscles grow bigger therefore make your penis look smaller in comparision, for example if a skinny guy stood next to ronnie coleman ,, the skinny guys penis would look twice as big cuz he is soo skkiiny making his knob look huge.
you can offset penis shrinkage with some extenze... i usually stack exteze with creatine so that penis retains its size even when i lift above my weight..
but yeah come on man, how did you not know that lifting = small penis

here is what i do to offset shrinkage. its called a Cock Squat.
1) get a large rubber band and cut it in half
2) after your warm up set on squat, go to the restroom really quick
3)tie one end of the rubber band around your ankle and the other end around the base of the head
4) load up the bar with twice body weight
5) squat as you normally would, making sure you get well below parallel
this works great because on the way down, the rubber band loses some tension, allowing you to bury your ass in the hole. on the way up though, the band becomes taught, thus stretching your penis. i have been doing it for a couple years now and the results are quite astounding. give it a shot bro.
