To tell you the truth the diet has been not the best for me, which is why i might be looking bigger. The first 5 days were perfect to the "T", then I decided to have a bbq "wing night", and it was pretty sloppy for the next 4 days. Yestderday, I found my determination again, and these 2 days are back to perfection. None of it has been fat gain though, so Im thinkin Mito could be stacked for a good clean bulking phase

Got Dizzy
I used this product for a couple weeks, but I had a few instances where I got a seriously dizzy so I stopped. Once jogging on a treadmill which was dangerous, and a couple of times when I was driving which wasn't good either.
I'm 175 lbs, was about 12% bodyfat at the time, and fairly athletic. Maybe I didn't drink enought water, but either way, maybe this product should only be taken by the serious bodybuilders.
Anyone else get dizzy spells?

I've definitely felt dizzy on it in the beginning. I know some other guys taking it said it will pass. Have you been taking it with food? That might help. Are you taking the full dose? I'm only taking 2 in the morning, but I'm 114 lbs. It might be raising your heart rate too high, which will cause dizziness. Sorry it didn't work out.

Sorry I left this hanging for everyone. Here's my final reflections for this 30 Day program:
I broke the Program on Day 21. I had been "religous" with the diet, lifting, and cardio. Practically no cheating at all (except for the previously mentioned Chili). My brother and I were completing the program together, and he bailed on me around Day 18, and I just couldn't keep it going. It was the middle of winter, and the EXTREMELY strict diet was starting to mess with my head. I found myself craving things I normally wouldn't even think about eating when on my regular diet. My weight got as low as 170.5, and I started around 182. So, I lost about 11.5 lbs in 3 weeks. I felt as lean as I have ever been, and my waist felt extremely small. I enjoyed learning from the experience and pushing myself to new limits. I knew I could finish, I simply lost the desire to do it. I kept asking myself, "Why am I doing this?". Just to see how much I could change my body in 30 days suddenly became "not enough". NEXT TIME, I will begin a 30 day program like this when it's closer to SPRING/SUMMER. I just couldn't finish the last week, knowing that it would be 3 more months before I took my shirt off in front of somebody. Since then, I have maintained 173-176lbs. Overall, since Aug. 2008, I've lost 26lbs.

It seems difficult for a lot of people to follow such a strict diet. Thank you for updating though! The mito loggers were dropping like flies, lol! I fell off the wagon too, but continued to update. Take care!
