Awesome workout today!! I started training solo, and then the membership coordinator of the gym asked if she could join in (she usually does step classes like 8x/week, but the aerobics studio is closed, so she's kind of lost). She jumped in, and we KILLED it today!
Hope y'all like what you see!
Chest and Back:
- Highest weight only
Rack Deads

Pullover (on lat pulldown machine) tri set w/ Dips tri set w/ Cable Cross

Way to kill it again today girl, I don't know how you manage sometimes!!! My glutes are so sore from this morning's workout and upper body from yesterday, I think maybe an 8:00pm bedtime is in store!!!

Small Milestone:
I am OFFICIALLY 3 full days binge/purge free. I couldn't feel more relieved. I've made it over the 3 day hump, and I haven't even THOUGHT about binging. My mind's been so distracted (in a good way), that the thought of overeating really hasn't crossed my mind.
I'm keeping my diet pretty low carb/low fat (just for now, as there aren't a whole lot of foods in my house *taking baby steps to reintroduce the*), and so far, everything seems to be going swimmingly  I weighed myself this morning, and I'm down 3lbs in 3 days. I know it's water from not taking in 3 - 400g of carbs a day...and I'm also working out pretty hard a) To keep my mind off eating, b) Because I LURVS to train!
The psych gave me "homework" for this week: I'm supposed to write down whenever I feel like binging, and then what triggered it. That way, I can start to see a pattern of situations that get me anxious, and start to try and work through my mindframe and behaviour. I'm excited. But so far, I've had no urges to binge...so yay!
Today = Shoulders (I think...i have to check, lol)

Training Hard + Eating smart = the way to go babe.
This is a mental battle that will take some time to overcome and 3 days into it already and you are doing outstanding. For someone to change their mental outlook on something that has taken over their life for quite some time in a flash is remarkable. I tip my hat to you SO FAR, but I know with your desire and hard work you will overcome something that has troubled your past.
Do not let your mind/body/soul play tricks on you. You are stronger than that, and one of the most determined people on these boards. If you ever need anything you know the gingers #, so just dial it up and ill be here for you.
Small steps hun! You have the mentality down, but for how much work ur putting in your going to need some extra kcals, dropping weight that fast will be counter productive, but for now I am very happy for you.
Step 1 is in the books, and you are going to change your life around forever! Not only is this going to be an amazing transformation physique wise, but its going to be an inspirational story that has already built on top of overcoming anorexia, next stop is purging/bulimia! Good job Jaime!
