Pee?
Do all of you pee a lot on a normal day? I dont know if this should be in this section but as i eat a lot of protein whole foods i pee alot during the day. What causes this?

Yep
I certainly do. If you take a creatine product you need to hydrate yourself with A LOT of water. That's why, I believe, I make many a visits to the restroom.

Most lifters drink a lot of water/protein shakes/etc. Therefore, you pee a lot. If you eat alot, you also poop alot...wow....

I generally pee about every 45 minutes to an hour in general, except when I'm working out because I sweat so much. After workouts I'll pee every half hour for about the next 4-5 hours though

I live in the bathroom.
My wife delivers my meals there.
I'm in there so often my children have learned to walk next door and use the neighbours's bathroom.
I have stock in toilet paper and air freshener companies--business is great!
The only time I emerge from the bathroom is to take a shower and air out my futon.
Have I topped everyone's answer so far?

Seriously, going to the loo often is normal if you drink a lot of water and eat a lot, as serious-about-training dudes are wont to do. Don't sweat it; just go with the flow; perfectly normal.

i do! but i think its probably because, instead of drinking 8 glasses of water a day, i have 12. but its totally fine and normal.

If you recently increased your water intake then it's a normal part of the process. Over time your bathroom visits will decrease as your body adapts to the extra water intake without having you go to the bathroom every hour.
