Should I do pushups everyday to increase my strength and endurance??
I go gym three times a week and do not do push ups on those days bcecause I be to tired. I do not take any supplements
As with any exercise, you need your body to recover so instead of doing push ups everyday, why not try doing it only a few times a week? Also, if you're trying to build mass, you need to be lifting heavier weights. Check the main site for articles.
