its got 60 grams of all those proteins plus a super dose of glutamine and a ton of BCAA in it!!! i mean those are major necessary tools for recovery and growth, so i strongly encourage using it!!! just make sure you get it on sale!!

I've had great results with this as well, and it mixes easy and tastes great (chocolate).

This thread needs MOAR POLE!!!
Currently I use ON Gold Standard 100% Whey but after reading some posts I'm thinking about going to something else after I finish this tub.
Anyone have experience with Biotest's Metabolic Drive?

I am stuck in between deciding with Muscle Milk or ON 100% Whey Gold Standard.
I will probably go with Muscle Milk and when I run out of that i'll switch to ON100%

Yeah that stuff seems pretty good. If I could afford it, I'd get Hydro-Iso by Next Generation (another Aussie company). It's apparently got the second purest whey content on the market, but at $110 for like 1.5kg hell no!

I have gone through 3 tubs of Pro Complex and love it. I would like to switch it up a bit though but can't seem to come accross anything that is comparable ingredient wise to the Pro Complex. Any suggestions?
I might just go with the Natural Pro complex.....

I am partial to Immunocal however, as I know first hand about the superior quality of this product. I've listed a great article from BB.com on the benefits of whey protein below.

Very good stuff, $89 for 1kg! I had muscletech before i knew to much about protein and didnt get any results and ive been onto ascend ever since and its been great!
My mates cousin works as the head scientific engineer within a cheese company and gets to see all the protein etc, says ascend is best in aus.

Bro...I have your solution. PLEASE check out Ultimate Nutrition's Muscle Juice Banana Flavor. I've gone through 21 pounds of this stuff and it beats any shake I've ever had hands down. You can drink this stuff for dessert and wouldn't know it was a protein shake. I promise you'll love it. Plus if you mix it with milk you'll get over 70 grams of protein in a full serving.

pro complex vs 100% why
incase i missed this in an earlier post i am sorry for being an idiot and yes this is my first post on this site so please have mercy on my soul. Pro complex consists of 60 grams of protein with the first being whey isolate and second being concentrate. Wouldnt that make it one of the best post workout proteins? you have whey isolate there for immediate digestion then the concentrate to digest over the next hour then the rest of the course of the next few hours. plus the higher concentrations of bcaa and glutamine. Are most people choosing 100%whey over pro complex just because of price or am i missing something?

What do you guys think Of All The Whey? I hear its pretty good but I dont see it mentioned here all that much. for $35 for 5 pounds I might give it a go.
Whats the best flavor? I hear cupcake batter is pretty good.
Also, What do you recomment for a casein whey? I use ON now, just seeing if anything else is better.

Lol.
Muscle - Bulking, same thing. Bulking usually is a common saying for "adding muscle". You can bulk, and do it slowly and add muscle, but you're going to have to add fat too. To add muscle you have to consume more calories a day then you burn. So no matter how you look at it, you're going to have some fat gain as well.
Also, you'll probably have about 1lb of muscle growth a month! Yes, it's that slow of a process. So when you hear people gaining 5lbs in 2 weeks, it's mostly water and fat. The only way to really get massive gains in a super short time is "juice".
Just make sure you eat enough protein (1:1 ratio of protein [grams] to LBM), eat a few 100 calories over your maintence, and you'll slowly add muscle.

Have tried and used just about ALL pro powders in the past. ON whey and/or whey pro rep/meal wre great! Best bang for the buck as the designer protiens as you know are all bs. Stick with ON whey and/or egg albumin protien pows. When prepping and cutting for a show make sure to get ahold of some BCAA's as well.

Been reading opinions for the last little while but ended up getting Whey Iso Flex chocolate flavor which is pretty good, and with 27g/scoop its really hard to beat.

I just finished my first round of it, I put on a good amount of muscle with it. I just took caffinee before my workouts and whey afterwards. Of course I altered the nutrition plan some for better results.
