Cycling no-xplode is pretty ridiculous.. I agree it's a waste of money but when compared to servings and price its a better deal than a lot of other pre-workout products. I say cycling it is ridiculous because I've been taking it for a couple years now and never cycled off of it. I think its effects are mostly mental for me anyway I just feel sluggish when I dont take it before I lift but its probably only because I know I didnt take something I just got used to the idea of a pre-workout supp. People bash supplements all the time no matter what it is just try it if you have the money you'll figure out soon enough if its worth it or not.

I like my NO XpLODE!
It is okay if you take it b4 a run. I say that because I have and didnt see any disavantages.

Drink a coffee instead, also drink more water throughout the day, and eat more carbs.
You should not feel drained at the end of your school day. If you do, after drinking a coffee and making sure you getting enough carbs and not depriving yourself of water throughout the day, then you will wake up as your start lifting.
Even if you're yawning when you step in the gym, just do a thorough warm-up.
Save your money -> get some nice gym gear or a nice big bag of grits.

Just bought a can of NO Explode after being off for six months. I have had the craziest two workouts in a row since then.

The rest of your workouts won't be. Its reported that your first few workouts on NO will be good but after that you don't feel anything.

The only thing it will do is explode your bank account. The active ingredient in NO2 is L-Arginine. Save your money. If you still think it's a "must have" item, then buy L-Arginine or AAKG.

I don't see much of a point in taking a pump product for cardio. Getting a pump in da' legs may make it more uncomfortable and make it suck more than it already does.

I use NoXplode just for the placebo effect. Yes, deep inside I know it does close to nothing. But, I feel that it gives me more endurance to work out.
If something helps you work out one way or another, it is working. If it is all in your head.

Thats probably all your gonna have aswell. Its decent the first few times but it wares off very quick unless you wanna keep upping your dosage a scoop everytime.

I disagree, NO has been the best pump product on the market for a number of years. It has always worked well for me, even though the effects do diminish after a can or two. Diet still is key though to getting the desired effect, because your body needs to be clean and the stomach needs to be empty before taking it.

NO Xplode was the first pre-workout supplement I ever tried. I still remember the 1st day I used only one scoop, my brother asked me if I was on drugs lol. I didn't tell him I took NO Xplode and he was very suspicious-prolly thought I was on meth or something hahahaha. OP, I use superpump now, it's awesome and I usually take 3 scoops about 20 min after my breakfast and head out to the gym about 30 min. later. It takes me a while to get to the gym so by that time my breakfast is settling in. I like superpump cause you don't have to be on an empty stomach. Maybe the effects could be stronger on an empty stomach but the directions don't specify it. It always gets me psyched up and ready to run out the door and pump some iron!

Nothing wrong with N.O. products if you want to add something to your supplement list and have some spare cash. Personally I grew a VERY quick tolerance to No Xplode though, there's some great deals out there like the Vasocharge / Xtend stack for $59.99 in the BB.Com store, this covers your creatine/N.O. and BCAAs too. If you want a creatine free supplement, Controlled Labs products give you a good amount of servings for the cash, check into White Flood.
