Dumbell Press
I know it works out your chest but where? Upper, mid, or lower?

Flat dumbell press works the middle portion of the chest, and possibly some lower regions, but not as good as decline press would..

Use the search button in the future, also read the stickies at the top of the exercise section.

It all depends how you do the dumbell press.
If its flat bench it works the over all, if its on a decline bench it works the lower and if its on a incline bench it works the upper.

So if you are targeting the different muscle groups, then do all to work those muscles.

Keep in mind that there is no "middle" and "lower" chest. There is just upper chest and lower chest. If I remember correctly from a previous post I read, medical scans of muscles of athletes doing decline and flat presses found decline presses to be overall better stimulators of chest muscle.
In other words, if you can only pick two exercises, do decline and incline work rather than flat and incline work.

Decline burns me the most, just started doing them a couple weeks ago and can always feel it when I'm finished.
