Best Overall Creatine Product?

What would you guys recommend for me? As of now I am lifting 4x a week and I run track. I have tried samples of NOshotgun and cellucor's creatine both had some side effects I did not like. So basically I need a post workout creatine not the pre-lifting stuff, I cant handle all the caffeine or whatever else they put in there.

Doesn't help us if you don't explain what "side effects" you had. Did you pecker fall off? Did you lose an eye? Did your muscle go reverse? What happened?

anyone else have a severe problem with gas after starting to take white flood? I love this stuff but it causes me to bloat with gas like no other!

i have tried cell mass it worked well, but wanting to try a new creatine, either green mag or size on. anyone have any sugguestions or have used both?

size on and green mag are both great.. depends if you take other stuff with creatine to stack..

with NOshotgun it feels like I'm going to break out into a rash or something my skin gets itchy

We are in same boat. I have tried cellmass-NoXplode stack b4. Quite impressed with the gains.

I Decided to go for a change due to tolerance levels . I had da same Options like you - Wht FLd-Grn Mag and Spr pump250- size ON.

Heard lot of good things about both the stacks. But sp250-size on had some bad reviews too. It makes me to go for Ct Labs Greem Mag.

I was currently in my 2nd week with this stack(green mag).Its really good.
I would recommend u 2 go for green mag :-).

When i started using CL stuff about a year ago... i knew i found the ultimate in workout Supps.. WF & Green Mag together... will make you explode at the gym.. and not on the toilet. Bring on the weights not the toilet paper.

Quick question about blue gene and green bulge.. best times to take them and should you stack them with GM,PW, and WF? I bought green bulge and blue gene just as a bundle pack with the GM,PW, and WF and dint get much time to look into what they were for lol.. any sugestions?

Size On, used this stuff because I got a great deal on it and was very suprized. I heard lots of good things but did not want to leave my mono behind... Tried Size On and I don't think I will ever go back!!

try taking it with a rice cake or granola bar, should clear that right up

try both as they are two of the best around. then stick with the one you like better for effects, taste and value

I'll have to say CL Green Bulge. I'm starting my second bottle stacking with WF & PW and I've been seeing strength gains like I haven't since my first year in the gym. I'm going to give Green Mag a try when I'm getting to the end of my GB supply though I understand they're pretty similar.
It'd sure be nice to see GM on wheycheap (hint hint).

I use Anabolic Switch. Which is basicly seven different creatines that kick in one after another supposedly keeping you anabolic all day. I like it. My fav.

I only took mono for years but scince I have tried green mag and size on both are amazing great products. Just about anyone you talk to who has used them will tell you the same they are the best two creatine products on the market I can't choose which one I like more. You can't go wrong with either

BSN no xplode is usefull, it cost me using explosive and more serious, i can workout very long timing and still got the power. But it need to drink it after meal 2hour, the best is empty stomach and drink the powerful creatine. it also got a high price 2.....

still on green mag ! and still love it! which is surprising since i normally get sick of useing the same stuff after a while. don't think im ever guna get anything else.
