help.thinking about gettting a coach.

I just started on working toward my overall weight goal. I have a long way to go and a lot of weight to lose. I was wondering if I should get a coach or a trainer to help me. I'm new and I want to do it right and do everything I'm suppose to do..any suggestions?? and any coach of trainer you suggest??

There are some trainers here at bb.com - I've seen at least a couple in the female section, here on losing fat and in nutrition.

Have you been trying to clean up your diet and exercising? You can get plenty of non-professional advice from the members as well.
