its a buffered creatine, you dont need as many grams as monohydrate, 750mg per pill, 2 pills is 1500mg which is 1.5g..
1.5 before, 1.5 after, total of 3 grams.
my friend cut the dose to 1 before and 1 after and 1 on rest days, and he got good gains, all depends how fast you want gains i suppose.
