I have used numerous pre workout supplements in the past year, and after trying a sample of this product, I felt like I got the best results in terms of the pump and mental focus.

I am currently training and dieting for my first bodybuilding show in August. A pre workout supplement would be ideal for me, seeing that calories are somewhat restricted being 16 weeks out.

I also have been lifting seriously for about 3 years now so I am in tune with my body's physiology and I know and can tell if a product is working for me.

5) Current NO2 or Pre-Workout Supplement:

I just finished a tub of Superpump 250 about a week ago so I am currently not taking an NO2 product.

I am running a log for Universal Nutrition as I am reviewing Uni-Liver tabs and take 5 tabs pre workout as of now. I will be finished with the log in about a week. I do get some pumps from the tabs, but nothing compared to a quality NO2 product like Overdose!

Hey gang congratulations to Kim Stauber (my pt) she won this past weekend at the NGA Pro Show in Rochester, NY at Eastridge High School. She won the women's open pro. I am very active in sports, and not a lazy individual to say the least, I do cardio in/out of the gym as well. When it comes to the gym, I'm all business, I put in my work and maintain a solid mental focus. Ok gang, thought i share my STACK story..check out my pimp stack...
Well it's been well over two years of using NRG-X Labs and have nothing but positive reviews. I have increase in strength and size that i could not even begin to tell you. Over these two years with good diet and finding the right supplements, i have never put up such numbers in the gym even during my younger years.
