Animal pak..........it has everything and then some!!
its decently cost effective as well, but for the athlete it is a necessary tool to have all those coplex products running through the system for aid and recovery!!

i take a pak before i workout!!

Animal Pak is the best by far.

I take two packs a day, one in the morning and then the next with my pre-workout meal. Of course I drink ALOT of water with it. The only negative feedback I have about the product is that when you open it, it smells like you just opened up a sack full of *******s lol, but oh well, it works so I could care less how bad it stinks. Not as bad as some fish oils tho haha.

I've been using it for over 6 years and I won't be switching.

yeah its by far the best, the only problem I have with it is theres alot of pills lol but you get used to it

just to recap, you can take Orange Triad whenever you want right? Doesnt matter if its before or after workout. All I take is ON Whey after working out and OT throughout the day.....is there something else you guys suggest I take??

I tried Animal Pak first and it was just damn annoying downing all those pills. Yeah, you get used to it but it still sucked. I switched to Orange Triad and have been completely satisfied. It's more convenient and didn't notice it being weaker than Animal Pak or anything.

Depends on what you want. Creatine is good and you should try it at least once. Green Mag is some real good creatine by Controlled Labs. Also I have heard that Purple Wraath is effective while taking during your workout.

Also NO products are good like White Flood. They get you focused, pumped, add endurance, and real into the gym while working out. WF is quality and is cheaper than its competitors. You should definitely try a NO product. I used to be just like you and your'll be suprised by White Flood. It just like alters your mindset and keeps you pumped and devoted while at the gym.

orange triad is a multi just split up throughout the day, you do 3/3. what benefits is OT gonna be pre and post workout? Just take it anyway but with some sense like morning, evening/night

Yeah, which is cheaper but I remember someone told me that Centrum and Equate were not the most effective vitamins because it was made out of cheap ingredients that the body didn't absorb well. I was skeptical at first but than I googled it and did find numerous articles suggesting that Centrum and other multi vitamins weren't as effective as the higher quality vitamins.

You guys should try Multi-V...it's made for athletes and may be even cheaper than those generics you're using that are made for "Joe Everybody".

orange triad it has all multy you need plus joint support. how i know well done blood work and doctor said you have to much vitamin b12 folate etc in you body it was abnormaly high i think even 3 per day is more than enought

and i have joints problem seems to help.

I take Opti-Women from Optimum. I just ordered Opti-Men for my boyfriend. I think they are the best out there. they have adequate amounts of everything you need, they are affordable & practical, only a couple a day
