I PMed you with some info on Nolva. As for PCT, I have been researching this and I am finding a lot of different theories. Many people say use a serm to be safe (for which I am doing this time). Mind you, I was stupid and didn't do anything after I did a 3-week cycle of Matanabol. I also go slight gyno with it too. Anyway, depending on how your body responds to the cycle and the Post cycle probably will determine your best PCT. I'm doing serm and PCT-Maxx this time and may throw in a corisol blocker at PCT week 3.
I have read many people being just fine with 6-oxo for PCT. A guy at my local supp store who has done all the drols, tren, for several cycles swears by 6-oxo. I may try that for the next cycle with some Nolva on stand-by. As for NolvadexXT, I'm not real familiar with the product.

Day 30 - Final Review
Today was the final day of my 30 day Spawn cycle. I will use this post to provide a complete review of this product. My next post will provide my ?after? pictures and measurements.
Overall Satisfaction: First, my overall satisfaction with Spawn is very high. Spawn has lived up to its billing. I began at 151.5lbs and completed the cycle (30 days) at 163lbs, an increase of 11.5lbs. I could have gained more if I had consumed more calories and didn?t run as much as I did. So 11.5 pound increase when following each lifting session with 20 minutes of running or sprinting is pretty good. I have cut up nicely in the chest, shoulders, arms, and legs. I still have a little pocket of fat on my lower stomach but I am still working to get that off.
Strength: My strength has also improved significantly. I began with a bench press max of 211 and finished with a 1RM of 238. My Squat has increased from 262lbs to 367lbs. No joke. My legs look to have received the greatest benefit from the cycle. All other lifts have increased significantly.
Visible Effects: Visibly I look much bigger and bulkier. I have been given numerous compliments over the past few weeks. My muscles feel tight and full all the time. I am also much more vascular than I was before the cycle. Expect to get muscle pumps in your shoulders and back. I had a couple of workouts that my shoulders were so pumped I was hurting pretty good. Incorporate some Taurine and relaxation exercises to aid this effect.
Side Effects: All the side effects I experienced were minor. I had a couple of nights of restlessness at the beginning of the cycle but nothing after that. I had more lethargy during weeks 2 and 3 than I had during weeks 1 and 4. Libido fell during week 3 and 4. I had a thermogenic feeling most of the time, meaning I felt hot and flushed. I also felt the testosterone drive, focus, and aggression starting in week 2 and last throughout the rest of the cycle.
Blood Tests: I took a blood test a couple of weeks (3/26/08) before starting the cycle to get a physical and lipid profile. Everything was fine and my liver enzymes at that time were in the normal range. Yesterday (5/5/08) I went to the doctor to get my enzymes checked again and found them to be right smack in the middle of the normal range. This is great news for those who are worried that Spawn (Tren/Epistane) may cause liver stress and problems.
What to expect: Anyone who cycles Spawn can expect to significantly increase muscle strength and size. Expect to gain from 10-15lbs in 30 days depending on how big you are at the start. Also expect your strength and bodyweight to increase significantly during week 2 and 3. Week 4, you will begin to plateau (at least I did).
Overall, I am very happy and this has been a good experience. I am glad I chose Spawn for my second designer steriod cycle. I would definately recommend this as a good side-effect to results ratio. So if you are looking for a DS that won't bloat you, won't give you gyno, and is easier on the liver, you should look into Spawn or creating your own stack of Epistane (Havoc) and Tren.
I will begin my PCT tomorrow and will be sure to check back in to update my progress and report the percentage of gains I am able to retain.

Great results. Now time to see if you can keep it. lol No joke about the shoulder and back pumps. They will get you good. I had to cut a couple of workouts short due to the pumps. But overall-----EXCELLENT product. No to try and log my stats but my arms went from 14.75 to 16.25 in 30 days.

I have attached a few "after" photos. The lighting didn't do a lot to highlight my new muscle growth and definition. I think it washed me out a bit. Oh well, it's better than nothing!

Sounds like everything went well..I'm 2 weeks in so far with spawn and I'll tell ya what...this stuff is no joke..I've been on lots of different stuff for the past 4 yrs...I would put this up against the original Halodrol I went on from gaspari when that came out 2 yrs ago...this was the best thing coming off of a show and bulking back up...People at the gym just kinda look at me and shake their head....I highly recomment this to those who ARE SERIOUS about building quality bulk...not just kids that want to get big and waste the money..

PCT-Update
I'm on day 22 of my PCT and I thought I would give a quick update. First, I want to note that I have been doing a lot of research on effective PCT. Because of this I decided to use a different PCT schedule than I originally posted at the beginning of this log. Here's my actual PCT.
Week 1: Nolva 30mg/ PCT Max 3 caps /Milk Thistle 750mg, Creatine 10g
Week 2: Nolva 20mg/ PCT Max 3 caps /Milk Thistle 750mg, Creatine 5g
Week 3: Nolva 10mg/ PCT Max 3 caps /Milk Thistle 750mg, Creatine 5g
Week 4: PCT Max 3 caps / Creatine 5g
Side Effects: I was shut down pretty good. Week 1 and 2 were marked with very low (almost nonexistant) libido and very low energy. I found myself being emotional at times (especially with my kids); I attribute this to having very little testosterone flowing during the first week.
Normality: Libido returned and testicles returned to normal size during week 3.
Strength:I have not noticed any drop-off. Still pushing the iron well.
Size: I weighed 160lbs today. So I have dropped about 3 lbs. My muscles do not seem as hard as when I was on the cycle, but I have not noticed any decrease in size.
Overall I am happy with my PCT.

Sounds great. I had the same problem with my libido. Not emotional, i don't guess. I didn't take a PCT ( no excuses). I have lost maybe 2-3 lbs but not really any strength. But my test has went back up. Soooo i was wondering, do you really need a PCT ( i know stupid question). But if we had the same results, ??????

I suppose that your body would eventually balance itself. The time it takes to do so would be dependent on the person. I would think anything you can do to help yourself out in getting the balance and natural test going as soon as possible would be helpful.
I have been reading a good log on a PCT alternative to serm and he is doing blood tests to monitor test levels. After 30 days without he went from almost nill test to normal test using all basic PCT products that are OTC. Heres the log...

Follow-Up: Finished PCT
I just wanted to take a moment to put the final touches on this log. I finished my PCT about a week ago and I am very happy with the gains I have retained. I have kept all of my strength. I am approaching a 250lb max on the bench (no drop off there). Also, my body weight has remained a solid 161lbs. So I have kept 9.5 lbs of the total 12 lbs that I gained. I also feel like my body is back to normal test production and is balanced out now. Overall, the PCT went well. No depression, fatigue, loss of strength or size occured. I am chalking this cycle up as a success.
Hmmm... What cycle should I do next. Any suggestions??? Thinking about Masterdrol in the fall.

Good idea on the PCT. I ordered a bottle of PheraFlex (i-force) this week. Heard good things about it. And yes it will be banned too, so I bought a bottle for $25. Cheap compared to Spawn.

you could've bought Havoc for $10.00 more. Tri-city chems makes xtreme tren which is great(its 1/2 of spawn.) for the same $ as i-force.

I leaned up a bit and had no problems with my joints. I ate clean though. The tren in the Spawn stack should help with gaining lean musclemass while reducing fat. Just make sure you eat right. Lots of lean meats. Your body will crave it naturally.

so thats why i cant sleep! damn i thought i was losing it. im 2 weeks in and a girl. so far my results are the same. huge strength gains. my energy has gone down and back muscles hurt for about 4 days. we'll see how it goes..for a girl

Nice descriptive blog. I just got done with my cycle about 2 weeks ago. I went from 175lbs to 194lbs at my highest. I lost about 2-3lbs as well since then but still kept my strength. One thing I didnt like was that although I loved the way I looked, I felt like trash stamina wise. Felt like I was a steriod popper. My main strength log was my chest because it was my lagging body part. It went from pressing 85lb dumbbells incline at 8,7,6,6 to 100lb at 6,6,6,6 and I beleive Im still goin strong and Im gonna go for 4 sets of 8 any day here. The only thing Im taking is a liver cleanser though. I dont plan on spending alot of money on all that other stuff so I figured I would do that at the least. Not sure if I will cycle again. I am all about natural lifting and it took me a while for my buddies to talk me into that one. Have to admit this is borderline illegal steriod and it will be once it is banned. Thought that I would share.

Good log! I used this for info for my cycle. I just got done and went from 167 at the beginning of my cycle to 180 at the end. I lost about three of that, but the rest of the gains stuck. very impressive supplement, my strength gains were pretty amazing and the pump i got made it worth every cent. bench went from 225x6 to 225x20! Too bad myogenix discontinued it...

A back pump is burning sensation in your lower back - makes you feel like you need to sit down for awhile. You can get them by doing hyperextensions, squats, deadlifts - other exercises. It's the same back pumps they're talking about. They're uncomfortable but you can take taurine to help alleviate them some....
