wow thats all i have to say about white flood
so today it was chest day, sets of 3s
took it about 15 min before workout
this was my best workout for chest ive ever had no doubt
the pumps were amazin and i was so focused
i did alot more for sets of 3 than ive ever done i was so surprised and so were my peers
i felt absolutely no crashes at all, like i felt with no xplode or no rare runs to the bathroom that i had once in awhile with no xplode
also omg, the taste was delicious too, i wasnt expecting that but it tasted so good in my opinion
after i was done my body was a bit tired but my mind was still in the liftin mode, with no xplode i felt tired and so crashed after my workout and didnt want to do anything
im definately no expert in lifting or supplements, but thats just truly how my experience was today with white flood , just excellent
im definately looking forward to trying out other products from controlled labs after this if they are anything like white flood

Just did my first big purchase but had a question.
I will be taking Reduction as well with my other supplements which is White Flood, Green Mag, Purple Wrath and my ON Whey Protein.
I will be taking Reduction in the morning when i go to work and then when i drive to workout i will be taking my WF and GM.
On Saturdays, i usually work out in the morning so should i take WF and GM first then workout then take Reduction? I am not sure when to take it because from my understanding there needs to be a certain amount of hours between taking both.

Started on No Explode it gave amazing focus, then Black Powder, NO shotgun, Superpump 250, and Nano Vapor all of which just didint do much. Also when i tried to increase dose i got sick mid workout. Im on nothing right now and need a fresh start. You're talking alot about white Flood.... is this a good next me for me?..... i need the focus that i used to have

I have tried NO Xplode. It was good gave me focus and gave me energy. My only problem is with the throwing up feeling I got when Id do squats and deadlifts and other exercises of that nature. I couldn't stand that about it. I am going to look into this White Flood though.

Hey guys, could someone recommend me an energy booster? I'm a noob, haha.
I'm a 128 pound, 5'4" girl looking to lean out and gain some lean muscle. I'm not trying to be a fitness model or anything.
But the thing is that I have a frickin insane tolerance for energy boosters. I got a sample of White Flood and was going to do the full dose, but some acquaintance begged me to only take half, saying I'd be insane on a full dose. Against my better judgment I took 4 capsules and barely felt anything.
I've taken Juggernaut once and got a teensy increase, but not much.
So, any suggestions?

Cellucors NO Zero. By far the best, you pay for what you get! Check out the web site! Call up the number on the web site and give them the code sp047 and they will hook you up with samples. Hope this helps?

Universal Nutrition Shock Therapy good price, good pump, good focus, good energy. Probably best pump from a pre workout that ive had better than superpump 250, no-xplode, and black powder.

Preworkout Supps I've tried:
naNO Vapor: 7/10 VERY vascular, felt a huge heat wave hit me before lifting, made my face all tingly, pretty good pumps, good strength increase but terrible/negative affect on endurance and made me crash afterwards.
Altered State: 0/10: Felt absolutely nothing. Returned product.
NO Xplode: 6/10: Semi-okay pump, not very vascular though, not alot of strength increase.
SuperPump 250: ?/10 I really wish I would have picked a different flavor of this stuff. The taste was absolutely horrible, I could never finish a shake, made my stomach hurt like hell, and I even threw up a shake once, but the first few times I was able to finish it, I had great strength increases and energy increases, not a great pump though.
Animal Pump: 8/10 Very nice pump, plenty of creatine.
White Flood: 6/10 Similar pump to Animal's, probably a little less though.
Hemodraulix: 10/10 Fantastic pump and energy. First time since I began working out that I was so pumped it was UNCOMFORTABLE. Felt like I could lift all day.

Let me try and make myself more clear.........ok like with superpump250 i felt AMPED..............like with WF i just felt relaxed and focus.......honestly i didnt even feel energized but when i got under some weight i felt super focused and i surprised myself with how much i could go and also put up.
hope i kind made of made myself clear.........sorry if i didnt. btw i was only doing 1 scoop.......i never did more than 1 scoop each use. im 200lbs 6'1"

awesome, but try 2 scoops (2 scoops = 1 serving as per the bottle), and that is where you will get some great pumps as well.

White Flood
SORRY CONTROLLED LABS
I SAID 1 SCOOP, I MEANT TO SAY I NEVER DID MORE THAN 2 SCOOPS.
Id like to say also the energy and focus lasted the whole workout, even on superpump which was great you could feel it coming down. WF I never felt that. I forced myself to leave the gym. Stuff really put me in the zone. Great product.
and yes i def got pump but it wasnt like superpump pump.....thats not a bad thing at all.....the pump took longer and it wasnt TOO much. i liked it it, it just kicked it later in the work out.

I honestly think, from my experience so far, Black Powder was great. 9/10, after a year of using it. There is plenty of an energy kick without it being a jittery NanoVapor-ish experience. I took it for a year, and never n eeded more than a scoop and a half or two scoops to get the same results as day one. The orange and fruit punch both taste tolerable, like 6/10. Its a small serving, so you can choke back the 4-6oz of it if you hate it. The strength gains were steady, but the big gains you get are in middle-to-late set endurance. You get done with a 4th set of military presses or upright rows, where your whole upper body aches, and 20 seconds later you feel fresh. Great, no beta alanine tingle (not to knock beta alanine), and all in all a great beginner product. I also loved universal's animal pump, really pounded the weights the couple paks i tried. Researching new ones to mix it up and get a new supplement regimen, and so far the green apple m5 for cellucor, animal pump, and believe it or not, cytonox from the xenadrine guys, they are all great. Looking forward to sampling the new products and seeing what comes next!

I've tried a number of pre workout supplement. MHP TRAC NO is one I like. I don't think this particular product is really popular, because I rarely see it mentioned. Gave decent pumps and energy. It taste like kid vitamins though. Of course I've tried NO xplode, this stuff has been the harshest on my stomach, and gives me caffiene headaches. I don't really like that one. Nano vapor is good, but it cost too much for me.. My favorite right now is Controlled labs White flood. I'm only using 4-6 tabs right now, and it's working like a charm. Pre workout right now, I'm taking white flood tabs, with glycerglow and green mag. Gets me going everytime. Then I'll combine it with purple wraath during the workout. All of it works very well together.

I have tried Many Pre-Workout products . NO-xplode, SP250, MyoShock, CytoNOx, White Flood and I have nothing against any of these but truthfully the thing that gives me a good pump and great energy in the gym is Emergen-C! Very cost effective as well $9 for 30 servings.
If you dont have a lot of money to spend like me being in college and all I would say that it is definitely worth a try especially because you will not be out anything.

superpump 250
So is superpump 250 worth it or not? I've been using it for about a week. Is it o.k. to take it on a regular basis??

I must be one of the only guys on here who hasn't gotten really anything out of White Flood.
Hemodraulix is still the best on the market IMO.
