Vitamins A, D, E, & K are fat soluble vitamins. Because they are not water soluble they do have toxicity rates, but it is still very hard to OD on them, you need to be nearly try to for it to happen. Vitamin deficiencies are much more common than hitting the upper tolerance intake level.

Vitamin C is one.
I say you google what you need to know. Even water soluble Vitamins have side effects if it overdosed.

True, but water soluble vitamins are ridiculously hard to OD on, your body uses whatever needs and you excrete the rest through urine. And if you drink appropriate amounts of water, the excess vitamins move through your system very quickly.

Yeah Vitamin C is some dangerous stuff.. Tons of studies shown it can kill you in high doses. So stay away from these 1000mg formulas.

does anyone have a TUIL table or something like that? cause I just bought a new kind of protein that yields about 90% of the RDA PER SHAKE! I'd like to know If it's bad to take more than one of them per day (I also eat oatmeal, which contains vitamins too)
