Best come down method for adderal?
For those of you who dont have add and take them to study n' **** know what I mean. Besides weed, whats a good way to make the come down better?

ive found just staying busy makes me fine.....but if i jsut sit there then its rough....but if im doing something like hanging with friends or with people im fine.

40-50MG of adderall a day (prescribed)...usually I drink to come down..but am trying to stop..so benedryl is better...no negative interactions with the dextroamphetamine, etc. in adderall
