University Of Florida Strength & Conditioning
does anyone have a copy of that program? ive seen posts for other universities but i havent seen the famous gator program....

if you look at the deadlift platforms thier symbol is painted on the hardwood. and could you share some insight into these mind blowing trends?... all i kno is that florida has always been a good football school so this must have worked in some way.
