I didn't read this page for page but is there any evidence that this is Florida's program?

I have doubts that this was put together in the last 5 years or so.

There is a lot of useful stuff in there but a few things that would be changed in light of recent research and trends.

if you look at the deadlift platforms thier symbol is painted on the hardwood. and could you share some insight into these mind blowing trends?... all i kno is that florida has always been a good football school so this must have worked in some way.
