hey u all , i went for cut previously and that was pretty bad decision as i was obssesd with cuts and ripped body , now when i have worked a lot i figured to better hav muscle mass b4! though late but i am on the right path now i guess
i am finding bad times in maintaining my calorie requirement to bulk up! , ny advice how to keep up calories
My diet goes like this

1.00pm cottage cheese
3.45 fish + rice/chapati
PREWO: Caffiene
PWO: 2whey shake+vitamins
8.00pm noodles
10.00pm 4egg
