i only read like a few sentences of some pages, not the whole book lol.
can't cliff it yet; but i do plan on reading it later.
edit: for example, i just read the 1st paragraph and it's stated that bodybuilding is a business, good fight genetics.

Basically not really... I just read 20 or so pages from it and it's quite good stuff! Mostly stuff I knew already but it's nice to have that all in one place with no BS ideas on training.

it's because you have less leverage when you raise your hands while doing a crunch, i suppose

No I mean can someone show a vid or explain how it works, I think my english vocab and lexis is getting in my way. what does hunched mean? I don't really get the exercise. Also isnt that ur upper abdomen?? What does one do for the lower abdomen? I am 3 quarter way throught, great read man!

try v-ups for an overall ab workout and flutter kicks for the lower abs. mine are like 3x harder than my upper abs.

i read the whole thing..except for the stuff i dont care about like steroids and other parts.. im gonna try to encorporate a lot of the things he says..

what a great read so far...repped for posting.....im always skeptical about anything that i read or hear...as i was and am with this....but im liking alot of the things he has written...in fact..i tried his chest workout today and it wasnt half bad...doing db flies and dips first made my flat and incline bench go to straight **** lol..but i got a really god pump..one one of the best pumps ive ever had actually...ill be giving his other workouts a shot also
