Where can I buy Ephedrine minus the guaifenesin or whatever its called...can you buy pure ephedrine online somewhere? I read that excess guaifenesin can cause kidney stones and my mom has a history of them so I want to avoid it at all costs...

This depends on the state you live in. In Minnesota, for example, it is illegal for a pharmacy to sell more than 6 grams of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine in a single over-the-counter sale and a person may not buy more than 6 grams of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine within a 30 day period.

doesn't matter in regards to your caff source. You will be fine with the lipo-6 but if I recall it does contain yohimbine. It will be fine as long as your body can tolerate all 3 stimulants at once.

Actually in terms of kidney stones, I'd be more concerned about the dehydrating effects of 600 mg caffeine per day, and getting enough water in. If you YOURSELF were prone to kidney stones, I'd recommend staying away from EC, or 600 mg caffeine in any day as well.

I've been told by pharmacies that they aren't carrying epinephrine anymore. I picked up the last box that Meijer had of Bronkaid. I was told by another pharmacy that all they had was pseudoepinephrine so I picked that up (it was a day before I hit up Meijer) and so I tried the pseudoepinephrine yesterday and I was wired. I had 160mg of caffeine with it to start, and kept drinking coffee throughout the day (probably 2 pots worth maybe?). I took a second 30mg of pseudoepinephrine at noon (the first was at 5am).

I haven't tried the Bronkaid yet, but I'm going to today.

What differences are there between the two? Does pseudoepinephrine really work or was it all in my head? Am I just headed for a mega surprise with the 'real' deal? And is Michigan going to stop carrying epinephrine? Okay, I'll stop with the questions.

The brokaid didn't have the same effect as the sudafed. I felt a lot more wired on the sudafed... like I could do more. Maybe I'm experiencing the lethargy associated with the Guaifenesin?

I am assuming caffeine tablets of 200 mg.

The caffeine tablets do not break in half well, approximate is fine.

A pill splitter works well on the ephedrine (can get at any pharmacy).

Day 1 - This day you just take 1 dose to test whether you are hypersensitive to ephedrine (very rare). The dose will be 1 E .5C
- symptoms of fast heart rate, and slight jitters are normal - like the feeling you get from having a lot of coffee.

Day 2-3 - You take 3 doses of 1 E .5C minimum 4 hours apart. I suggest keeping it so your last dose is at least 6 hours away from your bedtime.

Day 4-6 - Your dosing will be 2E 1C, 1E .5C, 1E .5C

Day 7-9 - 2E 1C, 2E 1C, 1E .5C

Day 9-11 - 2E 1C 3x/day

Day 12-14 - 3E 1C, 3E 1C, 2E 1C

Day 15 and onward - 3E 1C 3x/day

Hey guys, I've read up a ton on EC, and I've read a lot of this thread, too, but I had a specific question: do you think 4 weeks is long enough to have any noticeable loss of fat from EC?

Also, would you guys recommend doing a 4 week EC stack in the middle of doing P90X?

I have been on EC for 3cycles and it is the cheapest way to lose bodyfat and gain instand energy. So far I have lost 15lbs and retain my muscle mass. I went from a 23%bf down to around 12-14%. I am off it right now and can't wait to get back on it so I can hit 10%bf which is my goal. Yes it is way cheaper spending $20bucks vs $45 a bottle of Hydroxycut or Lipo6.

Anyone notice that they felt like **** when comming off the stack...not even comming off..but not taking it for a day. Ive only been on it for a few days...and didnt take it today and im feeling super depressed, unmotivated and just awful all around...anyone experience this?

Have you been tapering the caffeine? If you come off right away you're going to get caffeine withdrawal, which can be a real bitch.

no i havent been tapering the caffine, im not taking enough to taper i dont think...im just taking 200 mg a day....im super sensitive to caffine. boo. i guess i ll just have to deal with feeling ****ty for a day or 2.

would taking this with a teaspoon of coffee work? i once took it in the past and started getting lots of jitters, and i could virtually feel my nerves been stimulated lol but that was probably because i took too much for starting.

while on the e/c stack coffee is recommended for 400-600 mg a day right? i dont want to buy another caffeine capsules because we have lots of instant coffe here. How many mg does a cup of coffee contains? thanks
