i dont do that much legs, maybe chuck in some leg press work once or twice a week.
but they are still developed fine for me and i want to keep my upper to lower proportions as they are atm... there seems to be a bit of a modern day obsession with huge legs really which i dont understand as its a look i really dont think is good!
