Red face i feel like passout and puke

guys im 20 years old
going to gym for the past 4 months
i was doing well before last 2 weeks

2 weeks im feeling to puke and felling pass out
whenever i do for back

so i scared to do squat
so i dint do dat for 2 weeks
guys help me out

how can i control dat puking feeling
and also i feel triend just after doing 2 workouts for back

wht i have to do
i gave intervel b/w food and gym for 4 hours
and i dont take any supplements
i take only nomal indian foods rice,wheat little meat datz t

Sounds like you may want to eat something before you work out. This happens to me when I don't eat enough and then try and go all out. You can't drive a car with no gas in it, lol.

can u be more specific plz

but i can lift heavy weights but i feel tired soon
it's like i dont have enough stamina
atlast when i start feeling tiredness i then start to feel puke

I wonder if you aren't getting enough water during exercise... you need to drink enough which would be about 8 ounces every 30 minutes of intense work.

I feel like puking after doing standing arm curls.

Probably cause I am using so much of my stomach muscle when I squeeze the weights up and into my body, trying to keep my back straight. My arms are way too stronng compared to my back.
