Couple of questions about Animal Pump and Animal Pak
So, I just started taking them. I took Pak with my breakfast, but as I'm planning to work out in the morning, how long should I wait before taking Pump? I know it's supposed to be taken on an empty stomach but other than that, do the two packs need to be seperated by any period of time?
Also, should I take Pump every day? I've read mixed opinions on this.

No need to wait before taking Pump. The bioprene in pump could actually help with the absorption of Pak. The only (possible) issue I see is it could be a lot of arginine, which might cause stomach issues, but only if you are sensitive to that.
No need to take Pump on off days.

Pump should be taken 30-45 minutes pre-workout.

This has always been a predicament for me also. I worked out very early for a while and found it hard to fit in both my pak and my pump. I found that if I mixed up some whey w/oats (maybe some PB if I was bulking and needed the extra cals) and took my pak right when I woke up (7AM). By around 8AM, I was already feeling like I had an empty stomach (whether scientifically it was 'empty' or not), so I took my pump and drove to the gym. It was usually about 20 minutes until I started working out. This usually worked well for me.
I'd still recommend taking pak with food and pump on as empty of a stomach as you can get. It worked well for me!
I agree that you don't need to take pump on off days. I usually take plain monohydrate to get my creatine.

If I was to hit in the morning, this is how I'd take Pak/Pump:
8:00am - breakfast w/Pak (finish eating at 8:15)
8:45pm - Pump
9:00am - Train
You could just supplement with Storm, or a plain creatine mono on off-days, as I used to. This time around, when I start Pump (4/20), I'm going to run it for 30 straight days to see if there's a difference.

just got some of this too
I've been an avid Animal product user and abuser  Pump and Pak are my staples along with Flex. Pump is not used on the off days for me. Pak is taken in the morning and in the evening on the offseason and once a day in season...hope that helps...
