Does green mag. cause bloating? Will I keep my gains from it? Can I take it 2 times on workout days or should I just split the serving in half for pre and post workout?

You take it once, 30 minutes before a work out. That's it. No need to load on it.

Will you keep your gains? I've finished my tub a few weeks now, I've actually gone up in weight and I've kept all my gains. From two weeks ago pressing 60lbs to 75lbs dumbbells the other day. This is AFTER being off Green MAGnitude.

Did I get bloated? A little, but nothing like monohydrate. You won't look like a puffer fish.

I am probably a little over half way through my big tub and all I gotta say is wow. I have found that it works best with a full scoop before my work out. The whole half half thing didn't really work for me, but a full before very nice. Just some numbers to show. I stoped benching cause of a lagging left pec.

Started dead lifting for the first time started at 85lbs to get form and now I can do solid reps of 200lbs.

Started squating regulary again. Started at 135 just to get my form back and now im repping 225 with ease.

Incline dumbbell press was at 90's for my 5x5. Now I am doing 100s for a 5x5 no problem.

I don't know how many weeks ive been on it but I have been using Blue Gene along with Green MAG. Blue Gene is wow and I acutaly got a second bottle on order.

I have been on greenmag for a month and 2 weeks and I can honestly say that it has not done much more rather then just the less acid build up on the muscles when I work out but no strength gains. Cellmass worked a lot better for me than this product. I am going to be trying mono in two months which I have read that people that people that don't respond to mono respond really well to Magnesium Creatine Chelate. So I am hoping I respond to monohydrate a lot better. I will never try this product again.

no bloating, you should keep your gains if you stick to diet and training. just take it once per day.

I'm through a week and a 1/2 of taking green mag...maxed my box squat at 385 last week and this week will do parallel squats....My strength does seem to be improving with bi's and tri's also...benched yesterday for the first time but will not go heavy at all b/c of a shoulder injury...Gotta keep it healthy for baseball.

nice reveiw, just started my green mag week and half ago. strength is up, hoping ill start putting on a little more weight after another week or two, but that will come wen i get my diet a little more in check. i love the energy it gives me though for my workouts. great taste too w/ no aftertaste

Just got my GM and WF in the mail yesterday. Can't wait to try it out! I read some posts where some people mixed the two together preworkout. Is it better to do it that way or to drink one first then the other? What amount of water do you use if you're taking both at the same time?

mix them together with 20 ounces of water and take it 30 minutes pre and your golden

I spent $150.00 on Supps yesterday. Two products on my list; GreenMAG and White Flood. I'm on a low carb diet, should I wait until my cut is over to take GreenMAG so that I can up my carbs then?

Quick Intro
The supplements I took during this course were Controlled Labs Green MAGnitude, Glycergrow, White Blood (at night for the first few weeks), Purple Wraath, and some generic ZMA. The ZMA didn?t go over well because I was taking in far too much magnesium than my body needed, so I would vomit an hour after taking it. I quickly stopped taking this as it wasn?t necessary. And my sleep was all right for the duration of the log.
As I had stated, I didn?t have anymore White Blood to carry on. I had ordered two a few months ago and only received one. The King went on to send another but it still hasn?t arrived after months. Another was sent apparently, but I?ve yet to receive any? oh well. I would have loved substituting White Blood at night for the ZMA I had to drop, but too bad. I still loved Green MAGnitude!
Afterthoughts
My initial thoughts the day after my last dosage were ?WOAH!!!..... strength, DOWN? endurance, DOWN?. I was amazed as how fatigued I got so quickly. Perhaps it was just a fluke for the first two days because things really leveled out. But after a week, I can definitely say that my strength and endurance were noticeably lower. Thankfully I?ve been able to compensate with things and I don?t think that my maxes will really be affected too negatively.
TASTE: 10/10
All right folks, there?s no beating around the bush with this one. Tank worked hard to get the flavors right and when he tasted the production batch, he assured us that taste was not compromised. Whew! Damn skippy. This stuff is GOOD. People have been known to eat this stuff raw or make popsicles out of it. I think that it?s best with 500ml of cold water. But if you take a scoop of Purple Wraath, a scoop of Green MAG and mix them in a liter of water is tastes amazing. I was loving this concoction.
ECONOMY: 10/10
Green MAGnitude is incredibly economical. There?s a suggested 80 straight, one-scoop servings but it definitely goes a lot longer than that. It took me about two and a half months to exhaust this, and I was using a full scoop which we now know is a little overdosed. I took half scoops on off-days usually during- or post- cardio too. Not to mention, I?m sure my little brothers and maybe a couple of friends ?helped themselves? to some because we?re just like that. Green MAGnitude costs about $35 USD, so this is not bad at all. I?m going to be using it in my post-cycle therapy in a few months. I?m VERY confident in this product.
MIXABILITY: 9/10 (boyscouT kept debating about this one )
I never had a problem with this. boyscouT kept saying that he would end up with granules that just wouldn?t disappear, and it was assumed that it?s probably some tyrosine that didn?t dissolve. Well, I encountered this but simply adding a bit more water helped to get rid of it all. Lukewarm water also makes this mix instantly, so there?s really no problem. You don?t have to rinse out your bottle or glass after to make sure you?ve consumed a full serving. I just put it in a bottle, shook it for about 5 seconds and I was out the door.
EFFECTIVENESS: 10/10!!!!!
People are going to start assuming that I?m a shill or a kiss-ass. Well, sorry brothers but I love this ****! Most notably I managed to Incline DB Press the 90lb dbs 6 times, Squat 315lbs for 5 reps, Deadlift 335lbs for 3 reps (while attempting a 1 rep max), and got my Flat Bench back to 225lbs. I?m not the most impressive person in the gym, but I was incredibly happy to be running into new personal records every time I stepped in the gym. I really cannot complain. My endurance was just crazy, and my strength would not stop surpassing my expectations. I consistently lifted more each time I stepped in the gym. I couldn?t ask for more.
OVERALL: 10/10!!!!!!!!!!!
The only thing I wish I had done during my experience was upped the caloric intake. I got extremely sick before starting the log and was just less than 150lbs. At the time I started this log, I struggled to get up to 156lbs when I received my Green MAG, and I ended up being a 162lbs fairly dry. I still have a ton of strength, I feel great and I?m very confident in this product.

BIGGGGG Props to all the boys at Controlled Labs. Green MAGnitude is a very solid pre-workout product. It helped to get my strength up and endurance up, not to mention my confidence. I have a complete log at www.controlledlabsforum.com and you can see for yourself that this made a huge impact in my training. Two months is a long time, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I trained the way I would have if I didn?t have Green MAG, took variables and life changes with stride and kept on doin? how I do. I forgot to mention, I broke up with my GF during this log, a few real-life friends died and my great-grandfather (nearly 100!!) passed away too. Crikey. What a loopy, action packed couple of months! PEEEAAAACCEEE

Great review buddy. I just ordered Green Mag and Blue Gene. Going to give it a try and see see how it works. Been using SizeOn for a while and feel like I'm hitting a plateau. Hopefully I have the same results. We shall see.
