8. Have you ever used AMP or AMP v2 before? - I did have a sample of AMP a while ago, I loved it..but it was just one of those things I never got around to trying.

9. Training Experience (Years Training) - Started training with weights 8 years ago for high school football. Trained consistently for the next 4 but really did not understand 'how' to workout correctly. When I got to college I became more dedicated to training and started to really focus on my physique.

10. Current Training Goals - My current goals are strictly for size, I used to throw a ton of weight around and wonder why I wasn't growing as much. Now I have refocused my routine and have taken a more bodybuilder approach, which includes utilizing slow cardio. Currently I do cardio 5 times per week, but will be increasing it as the cut progresses.

If you didn't use creatine or BCAAs, I would say that you and me were pretty close on supplementation, besides the fact that I use UP and ADAM and you do not!!

8. Have you ever used AMP or AMP v2 before? Took a cap of the original this morning, never tried Amp v2
9. Training Experience (Years Training): 4-5, dedicated for 2ish or so
10. Current Training Goals: I lost 23.8lbs from Jan. 10 of this year to Feb. 28 for a local contest, so I've been working to put some weight back on and limit fat gain as it comes back, somewhat successfully.
11. Diet Overview: Currently 2500 calories daily, 300C/200P/~55F
12. Current Supplements: Creatine, various proteins, caffeine, and an occassionaly AMP or two in the morning since I have an AM workout.

You should pick me because I already have a bottle of 11-OXO that I could add to the stack if that is allowable. You'd be saving money and I'd be getting results!

8. Have you ever used AMP or AMP v2 before? No

9. Training Experience (Years Training)- 1 1/2 years

10. Current Training Goals- Just started a cutting routine and diet after bulking for the last 3 months. Starting to reduce my carbohydrate intake and calorie intake until it gets down to my ideal number of 2200-2300 calories.

11. Diet Overview- 2900 calories on workout days w/ 300 grams of protein, 275 grams of carbohydrates, and 50 grams of fat. On non-workout days, would reduce total calories to 2300 with 260 grams of protein, 150 grams of carbohydrates, and 50 grams of fat. This is a basic overview and aren't exact numbers because on Wed. and Thursdays I usually go really low carb (under 100 grams).

12. Current Supplements- Whey, Creatine, Green Bulge, Multi-Vitamin, Flax Seed and Fish Oil, Vitamin C (500 mg. 3 times a day)

7. Goal (During this Log) - My main goal during this log will be to drop body fat and get some sort of visible abs going. Secondary goals would be to increase vascularity and maintain or perhaps increase strength.
8. Have you ever used AMP or AMP v2 before? No, neither
9. Training Experience (Years Training) - On and off (a lot) for about eight years, but very consistent and dedicated for the past two.
10. Current Training Goals - Get as lean as possible while staying as strong as possible.
11. Diet Overview - Generally around 2k to 2.5k cals/day. Generally very clean. High protein, moderate fat, low carb. The usual foods: lots of eggs (16-24 a day/6-9 whole/10-15 whites), chicken boob, ground turkey, oats, broccoli, PB and the occasional shake. Randomly I'll switch out oats for brown rice or sweet potato, but for the most part the only calorie dense carbs I eat are whole oats. Normally consume at least 2 gallons of water per day.
12. Current Supplements - CL white flood, green mag, reduction PM only, fish oil, multi, animal flex
