Anybody here ever tested a bench shirt?
How does it feel, feelin' more secure?
Might buy one sometime if I got extra cash.

Don't waste the money unless you plan on competing.
And yes, I train regularly in shirts. It's definitely a challenge learning the groove on them. I much prefer squat suits.

bench shirt
super katana by titan, dont buy inzer.. i can bench 525 at 165 lbs with a katana and only 465 with an inzer rage.. Titan all the way!

I plan on competing and would like to learn how to use bench shirts quickly =)
The titan fury bench shirt would be legal in ALL competions right?

I checked on some forums, bunch of guys said that they had better results with the fury than the katana, thats why im more looking for this one.

it gives you kind of a rebound at the bottom. my sisters fiance gets 615 in a shirt and with it on he cant get anything less than 525 cause the shirt wont let his arms fall. its only single ply too. oh and he uses a Katana

****, I already have trouble getting the bar to my chest...lately I've lost flexibility in my left shoulder and pec, and it feels like I have to row the weight to my chest even though I'm doing it raw...weird huh!?

being cut up because you benched alot is hardcoooore
like after i deadlift in suit and is all cut up and my face a mess cause of all the blood that goes in it I feel goooood
